根据大会最新发布的《中国数据产业发展报告》，2025年我国数据产业规模达6.78万亿元，同比增长15.7%。截至2026年8月，全国累计建成高质量数据集超12.6万个，数据总体量超1815PB，较2026年3月增长超过了89%，数据产业规模持续快速增长。

国家数据局局长刘烈宏介绍，将加快构建全国一体化数据市场，推动健全公共数据资源开发利用责任制，深入实施强基扩容、标注攻坚等六大高质量数据集建设新一轮行动计划，着力形成场景牵引数据、数据驱动模型、模型赋能应用、应用创造价值的良性循环。

当前国内词元调用场景正在极大地拓展，市场需求呈现爆发式增长，国家数据局将引导各地探索培育多元主体参与词元产业生态。“十五五”期间，人工智能对数据的需求将持续增长，为数据产业发展打开新的空间。AI原生数据技术和产业创新将加速突破。

国家数据发展研究院数据资源研究部主任王威表示，从整体趋势看，我国数据产业仍将保持较快增长，到“十五五”末，预计数据产业规模年均复合增长率将超过15%，产业规模将超过10万亿元，综合实力将显著增强。

从“炫技”到“干活”

前沿成果展现数字经济新场景

本届数博会从今天起向公众开放，将一直持续到30日。数博会的现场有哪些看点？

在数博会现场，不少企业带来更智能、体验性更强的前沿成果，这些展品的选择绝非简单的“炫技”，每一个看似轻松的动作背后，都是对机器人综合能力的硬核考验。

展区内设置的糖画、咖啡、冰激凌、爆米花四大互动业态，让观众可从下单、制作到出品递送，完整体验机器人提供的全流程标准化服务。这些动作的完成要求机器人具备高精度柔性操作能力，同时理解人类的创意意图并转化为精确的运动轨迹。

目前，机器人的应用场景不仅在商业领域，在民生领域上也有了更多实际应用。今年数博会首次展出的AI康养机器人，就展示了具身智能在康养领域的落地型解决方案。

今年数博会一批深耕数字经济领域的创新企业也集中亮相，正在不断链接上下游产业链，加速推动场景的规模化落地。本届数博会一直持续到8月30日，展会期间将发布70余项成果，开展26场行业交流活动，搭建产业合作平台，促进数字技术与产业深度融合。

Liu Liehong, Director of the National Data Administration, introduced that efforts will be made to accelerate the construction of a national integrated data market, promote the improvement of the responsibility system for the development and utilization of public data resources, and deeply implement a new round of action plans for the construction of six high-quality datasets, including strong foundation expansion and annotation challenges. Efforts will be made to form a virtuous cycle of scenario driven data, data-driven models, model empowerment applications, and application value creation.

The current domestic scene for calling lexical elements is greatly expanding, and market demand is showing explosive growth. The National Data Bureau will guide various regions to explore and cultivate diverse entities to participate in the lexical element industry ecosystem. During the 15th Five Year Plan period, the demand for data from artificial intelligence will continue to grow, opening up new space for the development of the data industry. AI native data technology and industrial innovation will accelerate breakthroughs.

Wang Wei, Director of the Data Resources Research Department of the National Institute of Data Development, stated that from an overall trend perspective, China's data industry will continue to maintain rapid growth. By the end of the 15th Five Year Plan period, it is expected that the annual compound growth rate of the data industry scale will exceed 15%, the industry scale will exceed 10 trillion yuan, and the comprehensive strength will be significantly enhanced.

The four interactive formats of sugar painting, coffee, ice cream, and popcorn set up in the exhibition area allow visitors to fully experience the standardized services provided by robots throughout the entire process from ordering, production to product delivery. The completion of these actions requires robots to have high-precision flexible operation capabilities, while understanding human creative intentions and converting them into precise motion trajectories.

The AI health care robot, which was exhibited for the first time at this year's Data Expo, showcased the practical solutions of embodied intelligence in the field of health care.
