北京海淀举办国际青年咖啡课，中外青年共话东西文脉International Youth Coffee Class is held in Haidian, Beijing, where Chinese and foreign youth discuss the cultural context of the East and West together
8月31日，北京青年报记者从海淀区获悉，海淀区中关村毕业季国际青年交流系列活动之“东西文脉对话”国际青年咖啡文化交流课程，日前在学院路国际人才创新实验室举办，40余位海淀中外青年齐聚现场，以咖啡为纽带开启一场东西文脉对话。
海淀区作为国内高校集聚、科创资源富集的核心区域，聚集大量中外毕业生、留学生与青年从业者。本次中关村毕业季国际青年交流系列活动围绕文化互鉴、职业赋能、创新驱动、品牌塑造四大目标，设置文化交流、职业发展培育、科创项目路演、国际青年成长交流四大板块共8场主题活动。
活动现场，Brewtopia Coffee创始人苏乐带来《咖啡跨越文化——从埃塞俄比亚高原到北京》主题分享。作为埃塞俄比亚第二代咖啡从业者，苏乐从咖啡的发源地埃塞俄比亚高原切入，生动介绍当地传承千年的传统咖啡待客仪式与社群文化，梳理咖啡跨地域传播脉络。他提出，咖啡早已超越饮品本身，成为承载民俗记忆、联结人与人的文化载体。
实操教学环节，研语咖啡烘焙厂合伙人、美国精品咖啡协会SCA认证咖啡讲师、Qgrader导师刘白为在场青年开展手冲咖啡、意式拉花实操教学。结合全产业链行业经验，他讲解三大咖啡豆品类特性、咖啡萃取基础原理，现场演示手冲咖啡水温把控、粉水比调试技巧，示范奶泡打发、基础图案拉花实操要点，将专业的精品咖啡知识转化为通俗易懂的实操教学，带领青年走进精品咖啡的世界。
随后，中外青年分组实操，完成手冲萃取与咖啡拉花，互相品鉴作品。据悉，本次咖啡文化交流课程采用“主题分享+技艺教学+实操体验”的形式，把文化交流融入日常场景。
后续，中关村毕业季国际青年交流系列活动还将持续开展国际青年职业发展公开课、中美科创项目路演、国际青年心理成长、城市融入等特色活动，搭建常态化交流平台，吸引更多国际青年扎根海淀发展。

On August 31st, a reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned from Haidian District that the "East West Cultural Dialogue" international youth coffee culture exchange course of the Zhongguancun Graduation Season International Youth Exchange Series in Haidian District was recently held at the International Talent Innovation Laboratory on Xueyuan Road. More than 40 young people from Haidian, China and abroad, gathered at the scene and used coffee as a link to start an East West cultural dialogue.
Haidian District, as a core area for the gathering of domestic universities and the enrichment of scientific and technological innovation resources, gathers a large number of Chinese and foreign graduates, international students, and young practitioners. The Zhongguancun Graduation Season International Youth Exchange Series of Activities focuses on four major goals: cultural exchange, career empowerment, innovation driven, and brand building. It includes eight themed activities in four areas: cultural exchange, career development cultivation, science and technology innovation project roadshows, and international youth growth exchanges.
At the event, Su Le, founder of Brewtopia Coffee, shared the theme of "Coffee Across Cultures - From the Ethiopian Plateau to Beijing". As the second generation of coffee practitioners in Ethiopia, Su Le starts from the origin of coffee, the Ethiopian Plateau, vividly introducing the traditional coffee hospitality ceremony and community culture that has been passed down for thousands of years, and sorting out the cross regional dissemination of coffee. He proposed that coffee has long surpassed the beverage itself and become a cultural carrier that carries folk memories and connects people.
In the practical teaching session, Liu Bai, partner of Yanyu Coffee Baking Factory, SCA certified coffee instructor of the American Fine Coffee Association, and Qgrader mentor, conducted hands-on coffee and Italian latte art teaching for the young people present. Based on the experience of the entire industry chain, he explained the characteristics of the three major coffee bean categories, the basic principles of coffee extraction, demonstrated the techniques of controlling the water temperature and adjusting the powder water ratio of hand brewed coffee on site, demonstrated the key points of milk frothing and basic pattern latte art, and transformed professional knowledge of specialty coffee into easy to understand practical teaching, leading young people into the world of specialty coffee.
Subsequently, young people from China and abroad were grouped for practical exercises, completing hand drawn extraction and coffee latte art, and tasting each other's works. It is reported that this coffee culture exchange course adopts the form of "theme sharing+skill teaching+practical experience", integrating cultural exchange into daily scenarios.
In the future, the Zhongguancun graduation season international youth exchange series activities will continue to carry out characteristic activities such as international youth career development open courses, Sino US science and technology innovation project roadshows, international youth psychological growth, and urban integration, building a normalized exchange platform to attract more international youth to settle in Haidian for development.
