在济南上新街的青砖洋楼里，一场关于味觉与空间的奇妙实验正在上演——老济南大碗茶的瓷盖碗，盛的不再是茉莉花茶，而是醇厚的意式浓缩。当咖啡的焦香从盖碗中袅袅升起，中西文化在这条百年老街的青石板路上完成了一次温柔碰撞。

盖碗咖啡：一杯饮品里的文化融合

用青花、粉彩盖碗盛咖啡，咖啡上放一张用糯米纸做成的“济南”“上新街”字样，先拍照、后品尝，已成为游客心照不宣的“标准动作”。“我们在三楼专门设置了一处打卡点，来拍照的年轻人特别多，还有不少专程从外地赶来的。红色和黄色的盖碗最出片，选得最多。”上新会客厅-上新茶肆店员介绍道。

这种创新并非简单的器皿替换。济南近年来深耕咖啡文化的本土化表达——从首届国际泉水咖啡嘉年华上用“天下泉城”深层地下水冲煮咖啡，到本土品牌“兴意咖”推出“把子肉咖啡”;从百年商埠的开放基因，到老建筑里飘出的咖啡香，咖啡这一外来饮品正被济南人赋予独特的在地灵魂。茶道美学与咖啡技艺的创造性融合，正是文化创新的生动注脚。

老街新生：“单日客流破3万”

盖碗咖啡走红的背后，是上新街一场历时数年的“绣花功夫”式改造。2021年起，济南城市发展集团与市中区人民政府启动改造，秉持“中西合璧、新旧共存”的设计手法，在保留历史肌理的前提下，修缮老建筑、更新地下管线、优化街区亮化绿化。

改造后的上新街，青砖洋楼里飘出绵密的奶泡香气，老街老巷办起了市集，“吾空·盖柿无霜”等融合传统与现代的新业态相继扎根，2025年10月3日，街区单日客流量突破3万人次，昔日的落寞与冷清已一去不复返。

文化自信：让历史与当下在同一空间对话

上新街的蜕变，是济南城市更新的一个缩影。曲水亭街高升桥边，有着百年历史的“高升店”老宅变身一尺花园咖啡馆;泉城公园里，闲置多年的斑驳建筑蜕变为玻璃屋咖啡店;文化东路上的山东电影洗印厂成为“咖啡+艺术+教育”复合生态的“文化客厅”;老商埠法式、德式老建筑里，独立咖啡馆、古着店、买手店次第开张。从高升桥边的一尺花园咖啡馆到泉城公园的玻璃咖啡屋，从山东电影洗印厂老车间里的咖啡馆到老商埠区梧桐掩映下的独立咖啡店，济南正用温柔的方式完成城市更新，不推倒重来，不急于求成，让历史与当下在同一个空间里平和对话。

The transformation of Shangxin Street is a microcosm of Jinan's urban renewal.
