为推进柘林镇15分钟就业服务圈建设，打造柘邻坊社区就业服务站特色品牌，提升辖区劳动者技能水平，拓宽就业创业路径，发挥站点便民惠民作用，9月4日，柘林镇重磅开启“柘邻技能工坊·职业技能体验月”系列活动。首期以咖啡师职业体验为主题，为辖区居民带来一场沉浸式、干货满满的技能学习盛宴。

政策宣讲聚力，惠民服务暖心

活动伊始，由柘林镇社区事务受理服务中心工作人员开展政策宣讲。针对居民普遍关心的就业、创业、培训等重点惠民政策，工作人员用通俗易懂的语言，细致解读政策适用范围、申报条件等核心内容。

理论授课筑基，咖啡新知赋能

理论课堂环节，上海奉贤区奉信培训学校的老师倾情授课，为大家系统普及咖啡师职业专业知识。从咖啡豆的产区到风味，从种类到处理方式，再到不同器具的咖啡制作，内容层层递进、干货十足。

沉浸实操砺能，巧手萃取醇香

最受期待的沉浸式实操体验环节，在老师的专业指导下，居民们化身“新晋咖啡师”，亲手体验咖啡制作全流程。从磨粉、布粉、压粉，到萃取、打奶、拉花，每一个步骤大家都认真钻研，在细心实践中掌握基础咖啡制作技艺，沉浸式感受手工制作咖啡的乐趣。

此次柘林镇首期柘邻技能工坊·职业技能体验月咖啡师主题活动，以趣味化、实用化、普惠化的形式，让辖区居民近距离接触特色职业技能，既丰富了精神文化生活，又有效提升了职业素养与实操能力，为居民就业创业、技能增值搭建了优质平台。

In the theoretical classroom segment, teachers from Fengxin Training School in Fengxian District, Shanghai, passionately taught and systematically popularized the professional knowledge of baristas. From the production area of coffee beans to the flavor, from the variety to the processing method, and then to the coffee making with different utensils, the content progresses layer by layer and is full of practical knowledge.

Immerse yourself in practical experience and hone your skills, skillfully extracting the rich aroma

The most anticipated immersive practical experience session, under the professional guidance of teachers, residents transform into "new baristas" and personally experience the entire process of coffee making. From grinding powder, spreading powder, pressing powder, to extraction, milking, and latte art, everyone carefully studies every step and masters the basic coffee making skills through careful practice, immersing themselves in the joy of handmade coffee making.
