近年来，桂林山水特色咖啡业态快速兴起，这些藏身于悬崖、瀑布、高山、岩洞之中的咖啡店，将喀斯特景观与休闲消费相融合，让顾客点一杯饮品即可坐拥绝佳自然视野。

阳朔·崖间云端咖啡
悬崖之上俯瞰画廊峰林
阳朔从来不缺风景，但开在崖边的云端咖啡依旧很有新鲜感。
这家崖间云端咖啡依托喀斯特山体悬崖平台搭建，属于阳朔户外文旅衍生的特色体验点，很多人会搭配飞拉达攀岩行程一同打卡。

咖啡馆设置在半悬空的崖间平台，没有封闭室内空间，以露天观景位为主。
放眼望去，十里画廊连绵的峰林铺展在脚下，视野几乎没有遮挡。山间云雾过来的时候，整座平台如同置身云端，这也是它名字的由来。

出行上，大多游客会安排在阳朔一日户外行程之中，完成攀岩体验之后，来到崖间平台歇脚。坐在悬崖边，吹山间的风，看峰林起伏，适合拍氛围感照片。
红溪·瀑布咖啡
飞瀑旁的森系下午茶
红溪景区本身以瀑布、溪谷、原始森林为核心，森林覆盖率高，溪涧纵横，夏日气温比市区低好几度。
红溪瀑布咖啡就设置在景区瀑布群附近，属于景区焕新升级新增的休闲业态，把咖啡消费直接融入峡谷山水之中。
咖啡馆的座位分散在瀑布下游的林间平台，一部分临靠溪流，绿树参天，大部分座位都躲在树荫之下。
耳边就是瀑布流水声，水雾会随风飘过来，体感清凉舒适。在这里，没有城市门店的嘈杂，环境主打安静野趣。
游玩逻辑上，建议先逛完红溪峡谷，走完林间步道，看完层层叠叠的瀑布，再折返到咖啡区歇脚。
周边配套简单小食，逛累了可以简单解决下午茶。适合周末自驾，从桂林市区过去车程约一个半小时，适合好友结伴短途出游。
尧山云端咖啡
俯瞰桂林全城山水轮廓
都说 “不到尧山顶，不见桂林景”，尧山作为桂林城区附近的最高峰，山顶视野可以完整俯瞰整片桂林城与远近喀斯特峰林。
尧山云端咖啡就坐落在尧山山顶观景区域，是山顶近年新增的休闲打卡点。
咖啡店以大面积户外露台为主，也设有室内座位。
天气通透的时候，站在露台，城市楼宇、漓江蜿蜒、远近一座座山峰全部铺在眼底。遇到多云起雾，山间云海翻涌，城市半隐在云雾当中，氛围感很强。
可以坐索道上山，游玩山顶观景台之后过来小坐，也可以自驾直达山顶。
比较推荐下午临近黄昏时段过来，看城市日落，夕阳落在峰林之上，视觉效果很不错。
穿山岩洞咖啡
天然喀斯特溶洞
穿山公园是桂林老牌城市公园，经过文旅升级之后，在半山腰天然岩洞内打造出岩洞咖啡，也叫洞境咖啡，是桂林市区非常特别的 “溶洞咖啡馆”。
店内划分咖啡区和轻食区，从岩洞往外，部分位置可以远眺塔山、小东江山水，傍晚日落光影穿过洞口，拍照很出彩。
岩洞属于原生喀斯特空间，洞内常年恒温，夏天进来格外凉快，如同天然空调。
岩洞保留原始岩壁、钟乳石肌理，搭配柔和灯光，岩石的纹路完整展现出来，和普通咖啡店环境差异巨大。
逛穿山登山、打卡月岩之后，正好过来歇脚。建议选择天气好的时候，傍晚来可以看到绝美的晚霞哦~
古东瀑布清凉吧
瀑布森林里的歇脚地
古东瀑布，是国内少有的可以攀爬的多级涌泉瀑布景区，森林覆盖率高达 96%，满目都是茂密林木，水汽充沛，体感清凉。
古东瀑布清凉吧，属于景区全新升级的休闲业态，就设在瀑布群下游的溪谷边上。
这里最大特色是临水座位，部分区域可以近距离接触溪流，溪水清澈，周边大树遮天蔽日。
体验完攀爬瀑布，浑身带着水汽，到这里坐下休整刚刚好。
耳边是流水、林间鸟鸣，没有密闭房间的压抑感，完全融入森林环境当中。
建议游玩古东瀑布全程之后，安排在这里停留半小时到一小时，缓解徒步玩水之后的疲惫。从桂林市区自驾大概三十分钟，家庭出游、朋友玩水出行，都适合过来打卡。

Yangshuo never lacks scenery, but the cloud coffee on the cliff edge still has a fresh feeling.
This cliff top cloud coffee is built on the karst mountain cliff platform and is a unique experience point derived from Yangshuo's outdoor cultural tourism. Many people will check in together with their Feilada rock climbing itinerary.

The coffee shop is located on a semi suspended cliff platform, without enclosed indoor space, and mainly features outdoor viewing areas.
Looking around, the ten mile gallery's continuous peak forest stretches underfoot, and the view is almost unobstructed. When the clouds and mist come from the mountains, the entire platform feels like it is in the clouds, which is also the origin of its name.

In terms of travel, most tourists will arrange a one-day outdoor trip in Yangshuo, and after completing the rock climbing experience, they will come to the cliff platform to rest. Sitting on the edge of a cliff, blowing the wind in the mountains, watching the ups and downs of the peaks and forests, is suitable for taking atmospheric photos.
Hongxi Waterfall Coffee

The Hongxi Scenic Area itself is centered around waterfalls, valleys, and primitive forests, with high forest coverage and crisscrossing streams. The summer temperature is several degrees lower than the urban area.
The Hongxi Waterfall Coffee is located near the waterfall group in the scenic area, which is a newly added leisure business model in the revitalization and upgrading of the scenic area. It directly integrates coffee consumption into the canyon landscape.
The seats of the caf é are scattered on the forest platform downstream of the waterfall, with some leaning against the stream and towering green trees. Most of the seats are hidden under the shade of trees.
The sound of waterfalls flowing in my ears, and the mist drifting in with the wind, gives me a cool and comfortable feeling. Here, there is no noise like city stores, and the environment focuses on quietness and wildness.
In terms of gameplay logic, it is recommended to first explore the Hongxi Canyon, walk the forest trail, and see the cascading waterfalls before turning back to the coffee area to rest.
The surrounding facilities provide simple snacks, which can easily solve the problem of afternoon tea when tired from shopping. Suitable for weekend self driving, about an hour and a half drive from Guilin city center, suitable for friends to travel short distances together.
Yaoshan Cloud Coffee

It is said that 'without reaching the top of Mount Yao, one cannot see the scenery of Guilin'. As the highest peak near the urban area of Guilin, Mount Yao offers a panoramic view of the entire Guilin city and the nearby karst peak forests.
Yaoshan Cloud Cafe is located in the scenic area at the top of Yaoshan Mountain and is a newly added leisure check-in point on the mountain in recent years.
The coffee shop mainly features large outdoor terraces and also has indoor seating.
When the weather is clear, standing on the terrace, city buildings, winding Li River, and nearby mountain peaks are all covered in the eyes. Encountering cloudy and foggy weather, with a sea of clouds surging in the mountains, the city is half hidden in clouds and mist, creating a strong atmosphere.
You can take the cableway up the mountain, visit the observation deck at the mountaintop, or drive directly to the mountaintop.
I highly recommend coming in the afternoon near dusk to watch the city sunset. The sunset falls on the peak forest, and the visual effect is very good.
Chuanshan Cave Coffee
Natural karst caves
Chuanshan Park is an old city park in Guilin. After upgrading its cultural and tourism facilities, it has created cave cafes, also known as cave cafes, in natural caves halfway up the mountain. It is a very unique "cave caf é" in the city center of Guilin.
The store is divided into a coffee area and a light food area. From the cave to the outside, some positions offer a distant view of Tashan and Xiaodongjiang mountains and waters. In the evening, the sunset light passes through the entrance, and the photos are very colorful.
The cave belongs to the original karst space, with a constant temperature throughout the year. It is particularly cool in summer, like natural air conditioning.
The cave preserves the original rock walls and stalactite texture, paired with soft lighting, and fully displays the rock patterns, which is vastly different from the environment of ordinary coffee shops.
After strolling through mountains and climbing, checking in at Moon Rock, I happened to come and rest. It is recommended to choose a time with good weather, where you can see the stunning sunset in the evening~
Let's cool down at Gudong Waterfall
A resting place in the waterfall forest
Gudong Waterfall is one of the few multi-level spring waterfall scenic spots in China that can be climbed. The forest coverage rate is as high as 96%, and the area is covered with dense forests, abundant water vapor, and a cool feeling.
The Gudong Waterfall Cool Bar is a newly upgraded leisure business in the scenic area, located on the valley downstream of the waterfall group.
The biggest feature here is the water facing seats, where some areas can have close contact with the stream. The stream water is clear, and the surrounding trees cover the sky and the sun.
After experiencing the waterfall climb, my whole body was filled with water vapor. Sitting down and resting here was just right.
The sound of flowing water and birds chirping in the forest fills my ears, without the oppressive feeling of a closed room, fully immersing myself in the forest environment.
It is recommended to stay here for half an hour to an hour after visiting the entire Gudong Waterfall to relieve fatigue after hiking and playing in the water. It takes about 30 minutes by car from Guilin city center, suitable for family outings or friends playing in the water.
