从传统到时尚、从极简到自然,保山大街小巷的咖啡馆个性鲜明。高黎贡山脚下,中咖书院里咖啡醇香萦绕,阳光穿窗而入,绿植环绕,简约桌椅搭配温馨格调,咖啡香与书香、人文气息相融,满是初见之喜。看着宾客沉浸其中,中咖负责人杨竹倍感欣慰,更坚定了以专业和科技赋能咖啡生产,让保山小粒咖啡大有可为的决心。
保山中咖引进行业顶尖烘焙设备,建立严苛品控体系,现代化烘焙车间内,咖啡豆完成筛选、烘焙、包装全流程自动化作业。体验空间里,咖啡机器人精准完成研磨、冲煮,与车间自动化产线相呼应,既展现了咖啡制作的智能化探索,也让咖啡豆的甜感、风味、醇厚度更好地触达消费者。

依托生态与科技双重加持,保山中咖紧扣一二三产业融合发展理念,创新构建“电子商务+工厂+合作社+基地+农户”模式,辐射带动保山咖啡全产业链高质量发展。企业持续将技术成果转化到生产一线,让优质新品种在山间扎根,让先进新工艺在车间落地,让特色新品牌走向市场,打通产业增效、农户增收的发展链路。
“咖啡产业向更高层次迈进,离不开科技保驾护航,保山小粒咖啡的未来才会更清晰。”省农科院咖啡创新团队资深首席科学家黄家雄表示,要充分整合科技资源,开展咖啡种质资源收集、良种选育、良法推广、绿色优质栽培,强化科技创新与成果转化,打造区域适宜化、品种优质化、管理规范化的绿色生态精品咖啡基地。

2024年2月,保山咖啡科技小院获批成为国家级科技小院。建院两年来,小院聚焦咖啡加工技术创新与副产品综合利用,突破定向发酵、智能分选、冷萃冻干等关键技术,拥有多个省级科研平台。通过校企协同,小院服务多家龙头企业,建成精深加工中试线推动成果转化,同时培养研究生深入一线,实现科技创新、产业升级与人才培养协同共进。
如今,保山咖啡产业成效斐然:全市现有咖啡加工企业81户,省级以上龙头企业11户,中咖获评全省唯一国家级龙头企业;21件产品入库云南省“云品”品牌培育目录库,咖啡精品率从10%提升至75%,精深加工率从30%提升至90%;建成34个咖啡庄园,6个入选省级精品咖啡庄园,咖啡单产、精品率、精深加工率、省级精品庄园数量均居全省第一。

科技赋能,也催生出新一代咖啡产业新农人。隆阳区“80后”返乡创业者杨江春,通过“云智农链”平台,随时随地掌控咖啡基地全维度信息。该平台由辛家山咖啡庄园联合云南移动、保山学院等高校研发,集成物联网、大数据、人工智能技术,实现精准灌溉、智能防控、农事优化、产品溯源,为咖啡种植装上“数字大脑”。
实现5G网络与物联网设备全域覆盖的辛家山咖啡基地,智慧种植效益显著:节水80%、节肥60%,咖啡精品率从68%跃升至90%,生长周期缩短1至2年,每亩增产300公斤,成为滇西智慧农业新样板,更以“以咖兴旅、以旅促咖”的模式,绘就乡村振兴的美丽画卷。

坐落于高黎贡山半山腰,被誉为“空中客厅”的乎壳咖啡庄园,集咖啡种植、采摘、加工、销售、文旅康养、休闲度假于一体,全环节实现标准化、专业化、精品化管控。庄园获评“农民院士科技服务站”“科技报国精神教育基地”,在科研攻关、成果转化、人才培育上持续发力,推动咖啡产业走可持续发展之路。

From a bean to a well-known brand, from a green leaf to a mountain of gold and silver, Baoshan Small Grain Coffee and technology have both rushed forward, injecting strong digital intelligence into the development of the coffee industry and rural revitalization. Baoshan's deep cultivation in the coffee field has shown people that agriculture can be cool, rural areas can be beautiful, and farmers can be wealthy.
From tradition to fashion, from minimalism to nature, the cafes on the streets and alleys of Baoshan have distinct personalities. At the foot of Gaoligong Mountain, the aroma of coffee lingers in the Zhongka Academy, sunlight enters through the window, surrounded by green plants, simple tables and chairs with a warm style, and the fragrance of coffee blends with the fragrance of books and humanistic atmosphere, full of joy at first sight. Watching the guests immerse themselves in it, Yang Zhu, the person in charge of Zhongka, felt gratified and even more determined to empower coffee production with professionalism and technology, making Baoshan Xiaoli Coffee have great potential.
Baoshan Zhongka has introduced top-notch baking equipment in the industry, established a strict quality control system, and modernized the entire process of coffee bean screening, baking, and packaging automation in the baking workshop. In the experience space, coffee robots accurately complete grinding and brewing, echoing the automated production line in the workshop. This not only showcases the intelligent exploration of coffee production, but also allows the sweetness, flavor, and richness of coffee beans to better reach consumers.
Relying on the dual support of ecology and technology, Baoshan Zhongka adheres to the concept of integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, innovatively constructs the "e-commerce+factory+cooperative+base+farmers" model, and radiates and drives the high-quality development of the entire Baoshan coffee industry chain. Enterprises continue to transform technological achievements into the front line of production, allowing high-quality new varieties to take root in the mountains, advanced new technologies to be implemented in workshops, distinctive new brands to enter the market, and connecting the development chain of industry efficiency and farmers' income increase.
The coffee industry cannot move towards a higher level without the protection of technology, and the future of Baoshan Small Grain Coffee will be clearer. "Huang Jiaxiong, Senior Chief Scientist of the Coffee Innovation Team at the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, said that it is necessary to fully integrate scientific and technological resources, carry out the collection of coffee germplasm resources, breeding of good varieties, promotion of good methods, and green and high-quality cultivation, strengthen scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, and create a green ecological boutique coffee base that is suitable for the region, with high-quality varieties and standardized management.
In February 2024, Baoshan Coffee Technology Institute was approved to become a national level science and technology institute. In the two years since its establishment, the small institute has focused on innovation in coffee processing technology and comprehensive utilization of by-products, breaking through key technologies such as directional fermentation, intelligent sorting, and cold extraction and freeze-drying, and has multiple provincial-level scientific research platforms. Through school enterprise collaboration, the small institute serves multiple leading enterprises, builds a deep processing pilot line to promote the transformation of achievements, and cultivates graduate students to go deep into the front line, achieving coordinated progress in scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and talent cultivation.
Nowadays, the coffee industry in Baoshan has achieved remarkable results: there are 81 coffee processing enterprises in the city, 11 leading enterprises at or above the provincial level, and Zhongka has been awarded the only national leading enterprise in the province; 21 products have been stored in the Yunnan Province "Yunpin" brand cultivation catalog, with the coffee premium rate increasing from 10% to 75% and the deep processing rate increasing from 30% to 90%; 34 coffee plantations have been built, of which 6 have been selected as provincial-level boutique coffee plantations. The coffee yield, boutique rate, deep processing rate, and number of provincial-level boutique plantations all rank first in the province.
Technology empowerment has also given birth to a new generation of coffee industry farmers. Yang Jiangchun, a returning entrepreneur born in the 1980s in Longyang District, has access to comprehensive information about coffee bases anytime and anywhere through the "Cloud Smart Agricultural Chain" platform. This platform is jointly developed by Xinjiashan Coffee Plantation, Yunnan Mobile, Baoshan University and other universities. It integrates Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence technologies to achieve precise irrigation, intelligent prevention and control, agricultural optimization, product traceability, and equip coffee planting with a "digital brain".
The Xinjiashan Coffee Base, which has achieved full coverage of 5G network and IoT devices, has significant benefits in smart planting: it saves 80% water and 60% fertilizer, the premium coffee rate has jumped from 68% to 90%, the growth cycle has been shortened by 1 to 2 years, and the yield per mu has increased by 300 kilograms, becoming a new model of smart agriculture in western Yunnan. With the model of "using coffee to promote tourism and tourism to promote coffee", it has painted a beautiful picture of rural revitalization.
Located on the mountainside of Gaoligong Mountain, Huke Coffee Manor, known as the "living room in the sky", integrates coffee planting, picking, processing, sales, cultural tourism and health preservation, and leisure vacation, achieving standardized, professional, and boutique control throughout the entire process. The estate has been awarded the titles of "Farmer Academician Science and Technology Service Station" and "Science and Technology Serving the Country Spirit Education Base". It continues to make efforts in scientific research, achievement transformation, and talent cultivation, promoting the sustainable development of the coffee industry.
The technological practice of Baoshan Small Grain Coffee has created a vivid example of the transformation of "two mountains": only by respecting nature can we reap rich economic returns; Only with prosperous industries and happy people can we protect the green mountains and clear waters. In the future, Baoshan coffee industry will steadily move forward in the harmonious coexistence of technology and economy, and its fragrance will drift towards a broader stage.
