Walking into the Songzhan Cafe located in the Linjuli Shared Community, an atmosphere that combines artistic and intangible cultural heritage charm is overwhelming. In terms of spatial design, the clever integration of intangible cultural heritage elements can be seen everywhere: Songxi prints are displayed on the walls and corners, and from tableware to spatial layout, a "scene of intangible cultural heritage integration" is achieved. Opening this coffee shop is not only fulfilling my dream, but also hoping to add a touch of vitality to the community in my hometown and let more people understand the intangible cultural heritage of Songxi, "said Lin Lantian, the owner of Songzhan Coffee, with a smile when talking about the entrepreneurial intention. As a returning youth, she not only has a strong interest in coffee, but also always cares about the cultural heritage of her hometown. By chance, she learned that the "Neighborhood Neighborhood" community in her hometown lacked a business model that combines leisure and cultural attributes. She and her partner Wu Jiaying came up with the idea of founding a coffee shop that integrates the characteristics of Songxi intangible cultural heritage, and the name "Songzhan" was born from this. 'Song' is taken from Songxi and is the imprint of hometown. 'Zhan' combines the elements of the Nine Dragon Kiln and symbolizes a cup of coffee, a cup of clear tea, and a warm space. It is a container that carries the feelings of hometown and beauty. I hope that everyone who comes here can have a feeling of 'returning home'. At first, the path of entrepreneurship was never smooth sailing, and Lin Lantian and her team also faced financial difficulties. Fortunately, Songxi County has implemented precise policies to fully support young entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns, and a series of support policies have brought them timely rain. With the help of relevant departments, she successfully applied for the "Homecoming Youth Entrepreneurship Loan", solved the funding problem smoothly, and also strengthened their original intention of entrepreneurship and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
In terms of product development, Lin Lantian and Wu Jiaying boldly innovate by deeply integrating intangible cultural heritage elements with coffee and tea drinks. The main specialty coffee in the store is "a cup of pine resin", cleverly integrated with Songxi Jiulong white tea, with a rich and mellow taste and a faint tea aroma, becoming a popular item for customers. On this basis, she also developed a series of special products with printmaking elements such as printmaking coasters, "ink engraving" and "blank space", integrating the concept of Songxi intangible cultural heritage into coffee creation, which is both ornamental and has a unique flavor.
As a complex cultural space, the characteristics of Songzhan Cafe go far beyond catering services. Here, a closed-loop service of "intangible cultural heritage experience+afternoon tea consumption+cultural and creative" has been created, and print learning and celadon experience courses have been launched simultaneously, allowing customers to experience intangible cultural heritage skills firsthand while consuming.
During the trial operation period, we have been collecting everyone's opinions and continuously improving our products and services. "Lin Lantian said that in the future, she hopes that Songzhan Cafe can become a gathering place for young people to socialize and a leisure harbor for community residents, allowing more people to enter Songxi and learn about its intangible cultural heritage.
