5月16日上午,作为2026虹桥国际咖啡文化节的主活动之一,2026中国咖啡杯测大赛(上海闵行赛区)在虹桥丽宝中心拉开帷幕。108位来自全国各地的咖啡从业者和爱好者将在为期两天的赛事中争夺8张晋级全国总决赛的门票。

本次赛事核心比拼为三角杯测,每组三杯咖啡呈三角摆放,共6组18杯,每组中有一杯风味、品质不同,选手需通过品尝找出差异杯。比赛两人一组同台竞技,排名规则以正确率优先,时间为辅,全对且用时更短者排名靠前。

干香、湿香、风味、余韵、酸质、醇厚度、甜感、干净度、一致性、平衡性……这些专业杯测表中的术语,对普通消费者或许陌生,却是行业评判咖啡品质的“教科书”。

据介绍,参赛选手中有连续三年闯入总决赛的“老将”易杨,有曾获全国总冠军的胡娟,也有第一次站上专业赛场的行业新人。

“很可惜,错了一杯,新人很强。”获2025年第六名的选手刘星元,已经参加过三年比赛,这次的成绩是2分51秒完成,他表示,三角杯测赛是门槛最低的咖啡赛事之一,普通消费者、零基础爱好者均可参与,只要味嗅觉灵敏,就能通过品尝完成挑战。但想拿到好成绩,必须经过专业训练,具备扎实的感官能力。“对普通消费者来说,杯测也是挑选自己喜欢口味的实用方法。”

活动现场,与拉花赛、冲煮赛等侧重表演性的咖啡赛事不同,杯测赛观赏性较弱,但节奏快、对抗性强,比拼速度与正确率的过程十分刺激。近两年,赛事关注度持续上升。

据悉,自2022年首届举办以来,大赛已覆盖28个省(市)、126座城市,累计举办130场赛事,超过5500名咖啡师参与其中。

此次杯测比赛,从5月16日中午起,108名选手根据分组依次完成杯测对决。17日下午,脱颖而出的8人将进行最终决赛,而进入决赛的8人也将同时获得通往全国总决赛的门票。

在2022年总决赛优秀选手陈周芳媛的眼中,中国咖啡杯测大赛用五年时间见证并参与了中国咖啡产业的标准化进程,“无论我们中的谁最终获得那8张门票,都已经是中国咖啡标准化之路上的同行者,都是对专业精神的致敬,对产业未来的投资。”

2026年,中国咖啡市场正处于关键节点。咖啡从“社交轻奢”转向“刚需消费”。截至目前我国现存咖啡相关企业26.31万余家,产业的快速扩张带来了旺盛的人才需求。

“杯测大赛建立了一套相对统一的咖啡品质评价方法,为行业的标准化提供了可操作的路径。”中国咖啡联赛督导詹樱琴拿出往届全国总决赛后的合影,“选手们在同样的标准下评判咖啡的风味、酸质、醇厚度时,他们实际上是在共同构建行业的共识。”

At the event site, unlike coffee competitions that focus on performance such as latte art and brewing competitions, cup testing competitions have weaker viewing value but faster pace and stronger competition. The process of competing in speed and accuracy is very exciting. In the past two years, the attention to the competition has continued to increase.

It is reported that since its first edition in 2022, the competition has covered 28 provinces (cities) and 126 cities, with a total of 130 events held and over 5500 baristas participating.
