从珠海来贵阳旅行的唐舒文与同伴共六人,特意从酒店赶来体验。她感慨道:" 门店布置复古雅致、格调十足,在这里既能品尝到地道的精品咖啡,还能沉浸式感受咖啡文化,整体体验远超预期。"
去年 5 月,乔治队长咖啡创始人彭近洋在 2025 世界咖啡冲煮大赛摘得桂冠,成为第一个获得世界冠军的贵阳咖啡师。这份荣誉不仅让乔治队长品牌 声名鹊起,更为打响贵阳咖啡知名度添砖加瓦。

彭近洋表示,贵阳的咖啡文化氛围很好,咖啡师参加专业比赛的积极性比较高,大家走上赛场,主要是为了检验技术、积累行业经验、沉淀专业能力。在他看来,比赛从不是奋斗的终点,而是日常精进的标尺,最终都要浓缩进每一杯面向顾客的咖啡出品之中。
与乔治队长咖啡相邻的对的咖啡同样一派热闹景象,店内座位几乎全满。店员告诉记者,眼下正值咖啡消费旺季,工作日客流十分可观,一天能卖出 400-500 杯咖啡,节假日更是人气爆棚,排队最长时能从点单处延伸到店外转角处。

据了解,对的咖啡创立于 2020 年,主理人胡颖是中国首位进入世界咖啡师大赛(World Barista Championship,简称 "WBC")半决赛的选手,曾荣获 2015 年 WBC 中国赛区冠军、2016 年世界咖啡与烈酒大赛中国区冠军。
本地咖啡爱好者二郎每周都会到店两三次。在他眼中,冠军光环并未让咖啡店变得难以接近,反而成为生活里不可或缺的美好陪伴。" 我喝咖啡的频率很高,这家店离家近,而且出品稳定、服务贴心,整体氛围轻松惬意,体验感特别好。" 他说。
