Relieve the worries of employees and reduce the burden on enterprises! Chenggong District Federation of Trade Unions takes the lead in promoting the establishment of a trade union for this coffee enterprise

On April 10th this year, the "Nanshan Jian Coffee Museum" opened in Chenggong Colorful Yunnan First City. With the concept of "using space to exchange time to tell coffee stories", it has attracted many coffee enthusiasts and citizens to come and check in and experience. Just one and a half months later, on May 27th, the Chenggong District Federation of Trade Unions promoted the establishment of a trade union for Yunnan Lijiao Food Trading Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nanshan Jian Coffee Museum. The employees of the company have transformed from disseminators of coffee culture and service providers of coffee products to objects of service and care, because they have a "mother's family" in the trade union.
The Nanshan Jian Coffee Museum covers an area of 1500 square meters and is the second store built by the brand's owner, Nanji, in the same shopping mall after the high-altitude internet famous coffee shop on the 40th floor. In 2020, Nanji resigned and went to Shanghai to systematically learn coffee skills. In 2021, he returned to Kunming to establish the "Nanshan Jian" brand, adhering to the concept of "seeing mountains, water, and oneself", exchanging comfortable space for customer stay time, insisting on directly harvesting coffee beans from Yunnan production areas, and deeply cultivating coffee culture dissemination and local coffee industry development. In response to the fast-paced work pace, fragmented time, and high labor costs in the coffee service industry, the Chenggong District Federation of Trade Unions takes the initiative to take the lead and implement precise policies to tailor a "staggered service+micro care" exclusive work plan for enterprises. With a minimalist process and efficient service, it solves the practical problems of "tight manpower, complex processes, and abundant materials" in building small and micro enterprises.
The district chief staff provides a "nanny style" service, guiding and assisting in the entire process of preparing for the establishment of the union, organizing materials, and organizing elections. They efficiently complete the election process using the fragmented time of employees, effectively reducing the burden on enterprises and relieving the worries of employees. They directly deliver union services to the front line of production and operation and to employees. This cup of "specially brewed coffee" from the trade union, with the protection of rights and interests as a solid foundation and humanistic care as a heartwarming accessory, is a vivid practice of optimizing the business environment and serving small and micro enterprises by the Chenggong District Federation of Trade Unions. It is also a concrete embodiment of the service concept of "on-demand, ready to go". Next, the Chenggong District Federation of Trade Unions will continue to focus on the needs of enterprises in different industries, launch more "industry customized" trade union services, continuously extend service reach, and make trade union organizations truly become the "booster" of enterprise development and the "warm-hearted home" trusted by employees.
