据QTV青岛新闻、蓝睛等媒体报道，6月8日，山东省委常委、青岛市委书记曾赞荣，市委副书记、市长任刚到崂山区、城阳区，调研创新型产业发展工作。瑞幸咖啡创新生产中心是今年4月新投产的项目，曾赞荣、任刚来到这里，仔细询问企业生产情况，勉励企业在达产增效上下功夫，发挥好行业龙头作用，助力全市食品饮料产业向价值链高端迈进。
瑞幸咖啡创新生产中心是山东省绿色低碳高质量发展重点项目，也是青岛现代轻工产业的龙头标杆。项目总投资30亿元，于今年4月正式投产，年咖啡豆烘焙产能超5.5万吨。厂区搭载全流程自动化生产线、智能仓储及环保处理系统，智能化水平位居行业前列；建筑按照中国绿色建筑三星、LEED铂金级双重标准建设，后续规划配套分布式光伏设施，持续践行绿色低碳发展理念，勾勒出“数字智造、绿色低碳”产业升级的有效路径。依托青岛优越的港口、保税、物流区位优势，企业构建起“前港后厂、保税加工、辐射全球”的发展格局。目前，瑞幸四大烘焙基地协同运营，整体年产能突破15.5万吨，建成覆盖全上下游的完整咖啡产业链，实现从生豆采购到终端消费的全链条覆盖。

瑞幸咖啡创新生产中心成为此次重点调研点位，得益于青岛前瞻性的产业布局与持续政策赋能。作为全国第三大、北方最大咖啡生豆进口口岸，青岛将咖啡产业列为新兴轻工产业重点培育方向，打造发展新质生产力的重要赛道。当地不断完善口岸贸易功能，加快构建集生豆分拨、精深加工、研发烘焙、品牌运营于一体的咖啡全产业链，一杯咖啡正串起一条活力涌动的城市产业链。

Luckin Coffee Innovation Production Center is a key project for green, low-carbon and high-quality development in Shandong Province, and also a leading benchmark for modern light industry in Qingdao. The total investment of the project is 3 billion yuan, and it was officially put into operation in April this year. The annual coffee bean roasting capacity exceeds 55000 tons. The factory is equipped with a fully automated production line, intelligent warehousing, and environmental protection treatment system, with a leading level of intelligence in the industry; The building is constructed according to the dual standards of China's three-star green building and LEED platinum level, and will be equipped with distributed photovoltaic facilities in the future. We will continue to practice the concept of green and low-carbon development, and outline an effective path for the upgrading of the "digital intelligent manufacturing, green and low-carbon" industry. Relying on Qingdao's superior port, bonded, and logistics location advantages, the enterprise has built a development pattern of "front port, back factory, bonded processing, and global radiation". At present, Luckin Coffee's four major roasting bases are operating in collaboration, with an overall annual production capacity exceeding 155000 tons, and a complete coffee industry chain covering the entire upstream and downstream, achieving full chain coverage from raw bean procurement to terminal consumption.
