当“中药香”融入“咖啡潮”When the fragrance of traditional Chinese medicine blends into the coffee trend
古朴的药柜墙与现代简约的咖啡吧台相映成趣，空气中咖啡醇香与淡淡药香交织，让人耳目一新。位于息烽县中医医院一楼大厅左侧的“清酌·草本”茶饮店自今年2月营业以来，这家主打“药食同源”理念的草本茶饮店迅速成为当地年轻人和游客的热门打卡地。

陈皮美式、醒酒拿铁、桂妃拿铁、龙吟茶、凤鸣茶……咖啡师一边娴熟地拉花，一边向记者介绍：“我们店内的咖啡品种，是由县中医医院专家团队依据药食同源原则精心研制的。以陈皮美式为例，它选用陈皮慢熬取汤，与中浅烘焙的咖啡豆相融合，入口醇香中带着一丝清亮的果皮辛香，不少客人反馈喝完后肠胃很舒服。”

记者了解到，“清酌·草本”茶饮店的产品线涵盖了不同人群的需求，尤其适合喜欢“轻养生”的年轻群体。茶饮店自行研发的流沙咖啡用早上现熬的苹果浆搭配咖啡豆，味道酸甜开胃，老少皆宜。桂妃咖啡则推荐给女性顾客，更值得一提的是，店里还专门为小朋友设计了“童乐茶”。
“这种养生和美味兼得的感觉太好了。”“95后”顾客张小姐正在品尝咖啡，她端着一杯桂妃咖啡拍照并发微信朋友圈：“这个茶饮添加了桂圆、枸杞、百合、甘草等中药材，没想到味道很清爽。”

贵阳游客李先生则点了一杯陈皮美式咖啡：“刚刚泡完息烽温泉，再来一杯带着陈皮香的咖啡，感觉整个人都舒畅了。”
“清酌·草本”茶饮店由贵州息旅旅游管理有限公司与息烽县中医医院联合打造。谈及这家茶饮店创建缘由，息烽县中医医院宣传科主任熊伟向记者介绍，近年来，国家层面出台有关文件明确提出，要以“中药+”促进产业延链发展，丰富保健食品、食药物质等产品高质量供给。“在这样的政策引导下，医院重点谋划了两个发展方向，一是制作药膳饮食，二是中药茶饮。”
“如何让中医药文化更贴近生活、以更时尚的方式走进大众心里，是医院一直在思考的问题。”熊伟说，咖啡饮品更贴近群众的日常，更是许多年轻人的“刚需”，而大量药食同源的草本药材恰好可以和咖啡结合起来。我们希望通过一杯高品质的草本咖啡，让中医“治未病”“顺时养生”等理念在啜饮之间自然传递。
而在贵州息旅旅游管理有限公司总经理曹波看来，息烽拥有红色、温泉、旅居等丰富旅游资源。紧扣当前消费升级新趋势，公司与医院携手合作，正是希望通过“中医+咖啡”这一“小切口”，打造具有息烽本土特色的文旅产品，不断丰富旅游消费场景。
目前，“清酌·草本”茶饮店已在“幸福息烽”、美团、闪购等线上平台同步上线。同时，长期对警察、教师、退役军人、环卫工人、医务工作者和出租车驾驶员实行8.8折优惠，并不定期推出主题优惠活动。
熊伟、曹波表示，下一步，将积极探索中医药文化与现代消费深度融合新路径，结合市场需求，研制推出药食同源冰淇淋。通过一杯杯有温度的草本饮品，让中医药文化更鲜活地融入百姓日常。
