毕业季赋能逐梦！第三季「星展咖啡训练营」正式开营Graduation season empowers us to pursue our dreams! The third season of "DBS Coffee Training Camp" has officially opened

又是一年青春逐梦的毕业季，为缓解辖区青年就业压力、提升求职竞争力，近日，瑞金二路街道携手上海星巴克咖啡经营有限公司，打造的第三季“星展咖啡训练营”正式开营，为应届毕业生、待业青年送上专属就业赋能礼包。

本次训练营面向辖区青年招募，共吸纳7名学员参与。课程精心设置5期阶梯式教学内容，全程由星巴克专业导师面对面授课、手把手指导。课程内容干货十足、实用性极强，涵盖咖啡精准萃取、专业蒸奶技巧、精品手冲制作等咖啡师核心技能，兼顾理论知识讲解与沉浸式实操演练，循序渐进帮助零基础学员夯实职业基础，轻松入门咖啡行业。

开班仪式上，合作企业方表示，将持续依托优质行业资源，以咖啡为纽带为青年就业赋能，鼓励学员潜心钻研技艺、打磨匠心本领，以积极心态奔赴职业新征程。街道也寄语全体学员，珍惜免费实训机会，在实操中积累经验、在交流中共同成长，凭借扎实技能解锁就业新可能。

现场还为学员们颁发了定制围裙，正式开启专属咖啡学艺之旅。首期课程中，学员们快速投入学习状态，认真观摩操作细节、动手反复练习，沉浸式感受咖啡文化的独特魅力，大家纷纷对后续课程充满期待。

此次政企联动公益实训，将优质行业资源下沉社区，精准对接青年求职需求，为辖区青年搭建了低成本学技能、练本领、促就业的优质平台，助力青年凭一技之长，奔赴滚烫未来。

It's another graduation season of youth chasing dreams. In order to alleviate the employment pressure of young people in the jurisdiction and enhance their job competitiveness, Ruijin Second Road Street has recently partnered with Shanghai Starbucks Coffee Operation Co., Ltd. to create the third season of "DBS Coffee Training Camp", which has officially opened, providing exclusive employment empowerment gift packages for fresh graduates and unemployed youth.

This training camp is aimed at recruiting young people from the jurisdiction, with a total of 7 participants. The course is carefully designed with 5 stages of step-by-step teaching content, with Starbucks professional mentors providing face-to-face instruction and hands-on guidance throughout the entire process. The course content is rich in practical knowledge and highly practical, covering core skills of baristas such as precise coffee extraction, professional steaming techniques, and high-quality hand brewing. It combines theoretical knowledge explanation with immersive practical exercises, gradually helping beginners to solidify their professional foundation and easily enter the coffee industry.

At the opening ceremony, the cooperating enterprises stated that they will continue to rely on high-quality industry resources and use coffee as a link to empower young people's employment. They encourage students to devote themselves to researching skills and polishing their craftsmanship, and to embark on a new career journey with a positive attitude. The street also sends a message to all students to cherish the opportunity for free practical training, accumulate experience in practice, grow together through communication, and unlock new possibilities for employment with solid skills.

Customized aprons were also presented to the students on site, officially launching their exclusive coffee learning journey. In the first phase of the course, the students quickly immersed themselves in the learning state, carefully observed the details of the operation, practiced repeatedly, and immersed themselves in the unique charm of coffee culture. Everyone was looking forward to the subsequent courses.

This government enterprise joint public welfare training will bring high-quality industry resources to the community, accurately meet the job seeking needs of young people, and provide a low-cost platform for young people in the jurisdiction to learn skills, practice abilities, and promote employment.
