6月9日上午，武汉控股公司联合武汉城投城市更新发展有限公司，在武汉市白沙滨江Landing咖啡举办海南福山咖啡豆新品品鉴交流会。

双方相关负责人及业务骨干齐聚现场，以咖啡为媒，共话企业协作和业务融合，携手为双方长远发展注入新活力。

专业讲师围绕海南福山咖啡的产地渊源、生长环境、品类特色展开详细讲解，并现场演示手冲技艺。嘉宾们依次观色、闻香、品尝，沉浸式体验三款精品罗布斯塔咖啡豆的独特风味，同时结合口感、包装、定价、产品命名等维度积极建言献策，为产品后续优化升级及市场化运营提供了宝贵参考。

本次活动以精品咖啡品鉴为载体，促进双向流动，既是一次特色产品体验会，也是一场企业互通、资源对接的交流会。

海南省特色产品——福山咖啡

海南省澄迈县福山镇是海南省最早种植咖啡的地方，1935年由印尼归侨陈显彰先生引种传入。该镇坐落于北纬19度咖啡黄金种植带，当地火山岩砖红壤富含硒、钾等天然矿物元素，得天独厚的生态环境孕育出风味出众的咖啡原料。

作为国内最早引种咖啡的区域之一，福山镇现存咖啡树 7万株，产出的咖啡豆咖啡因含量低至1.12%，肥沃的红土壤使福山咖啡口感醇厚顺滑、余味悠长，兼具稀缺性与高品质，风味底蕴独树一帜。

真正的100%纯福山咖啡不加糖和香料焙炒，饮用后提神醒脑，既富有海南福山特有的地方风味，又兼具印尼苏门答腊岛黄金曼特宁咖啡的品质特性。当地农民有种植咖啡的习惯，自己种植，自己加工，且各自有一套加工方法，其中以福山当地农民徐秀义生产制作的福山咖啡最为出名。

On the morning of June 9th, Wuhan Holdings Company, in collaboration with Wuhan Urban Investment and Urban Renewal Development Co., Ltd., held a Hainan Fushan Coffee Bean New Product Tasting and Exchange Conference at Landing Coffee in Baisha Binjiang, Wuhan.

The relevant leaders and business backbones of both parties gathered on site, using coffee as a medium, to discuss enterprise cooperation and business integration, and work together to inject new vitality into the long-term development of both parties.

Professional lecturers will provide detailed explanations on the origin, growth environment, and category characteristics of Hainan Fushan coffee, and demonstrate hand brewing techniques on site. The guests observed the color, smelled the aroma, and tasted the unique flavor of three premium Robusta coffee beans in an immersive experience. At the same time, they actively provided suggestions and recommendations based on the dimensions of taste, packaging, pricing, and product naming, providing valuable reference for the subsequent optimization, upgrading, and market-oriented operation of the product.

This event takes premium coffee tasting as the carrier to promote two-way flow. It is not only a special product experience meeting, but also an exchange meeting for enterprise communication and resource docking.

Hainan Province's featured product - Fushan Coffee

Fushan Town, Chengmai County, Hainan Province, is the earliest place in Hainan Province to grow coffee. It was introduced by Mr. Chen Xianzhang, an Indonesian returnee, in 1935. The town is located in the coffee gold planting belt at 19 degrees north latitude. The local volcanic rock and red soil are rich in natural mineral elements such as selenium and potassium, and the unique ecological environment has nurtured outstanding coffee ingredients.

As one of the earliest regions in China to introduce coffee, Fushan Town currently has 70000 coffee trees, producing coffee beans with a caffeine content as low as 1.12%. The fertile red soil makes Fushan coffee taste mellow and smooth, with a long aftertaste, combining scarcity and high quality, and a unique flavor heritage.

The authentic 100% pure Fukuyama coffee is roasted without sugar or spices, refreshing and invigorating after drinking. It not only has the unique local flavor of Fukuyama in Hainan, but also combines the quality characteristics of Indonesia's Sumatra Island Golden Mantine coffee. Local farmers have a habit of growing coffee, planting and processing it themselves, and each has their own set of processing methods. Among them, the Fushan coffee produced by local farmer Xu Xiuyi is the most famous.
