咖啡,早已成为当代年轻人社交和办公小憩的主流选择。海门区商务局联动各区镇,完成了全区咖啡门店的全域摸排,筛选整合84家门店信息,打造“海门咖啡地图”微信小程序,用数字化手段打通青年便民服务的“最后一米”。

小程序涵盖门店查询、精准导航、品牌简介等多项功能——从城区商业综合体的标准化连锁品牌,到藏匿街巷的个性化独立门店,再到扎根乡间的田园咖啡店,指尖轻点即可一键奔赴。

经过多年培育,海门咖啡产业已形成连锁规模化布局、本土小店特色化突围并行的良性生态,门店保有量位居南通前列。星巴克、瑞幸、库迪等知名连锁品牌广泛布局并逐步下沉区镇,覆盖日常通勤与快捷消费需求;海门经济技术开发区依托主城优势,培育特色主理人咖啡,深受青年群体青睐;各区镇则结合产业发展、人才集聚、乡村特色资源催生跨界咖啡,推动城乡咖啡均衡发展。
平台建设的视野不止于“导航”。海门区商务局副局长张剑锋介绍,平台计划逐步接入本地美食推荐、打卡点评、社群交流等丰富功能。同时,门店信息实行季度动态更新,面向咖啡创业者开放入驻申报通道,既持续丰富青年消费选择,也为本土小微咖啡从业者搭建展示平台。
家住城区的“95后”市民小王是资深咖啡爱好者:“以前搜集网红咖啡店全靠网友分享,现在点开地图,连锁门店、主理人咖啡店一目了然,周末约上朋友打车探店、乡村漫步喝咖啡,Citywalk幸福感拉满。”

一杯特调的“文化转译”:把海门风物装进咖啡杯
当百年颐生酒香与咖啡醇香在杯中相遇,海门用一杯特调完成了对本土文化的当代转译。年轻人喝到的不仅是一杯咖啡,更是一座城市的味道。
为打破咖啡产品同质化瓶颈、让青年在一杯咖啡中感知海门文化,区商务局、区融媒体中心联合多家主理人咖啡店召开专题选品会,围绕本地特色“好品”反复甄选、研讨打磨。最终确立以枇杷、颐生酒为核心原料的“城市限定+特色咖饮”融合发展思路。

作为首发“海门特色咖饮”的主理人咖啡店Kira Coffee,自2025年9月底开业以来,凭借静谧舒适的环境和独特的产品风味迅速成为海门年轻人的“宝藏店铺”。此次推出的枝间蜜、浅夏金香、金枝柚露、枝茉、南枝凝、颐生醉六款风味特调,均以枇杷浆、枇杷叶、枇杷膏为核心基底,搭配鲜奶、茶汤、柠檬汁等调配而成,打破了传统咖啡的边界。

主理人徐笑笑道出了这份创意的初心:“我是土生土长的海门人,小时候吃到的很多小吃是很有特点的,希望通过这样的尝试让年轻群体能接触到海门的传统风物。”消费者到店选购六款特色咖饮,还可随单获赠糖枣、麻圆等海门特色点心,在一餐一饮间沉浸式感受本土文脉。
此外,为进一步拉动消费、赋能咖啡门店发展,区商务局联合海门街道、建设银行海门支行发放10万元专项“咖啡消费券”,联合滴滴出行南通公司发放1000份专项出行券。喝咖啡有券、去探店打车有优惠,海门实打实把福利送到青年手上,打造“打车探店、实惠喝咖啡”一站式快乐闭环。
一套生态的“系统集成”:以青年友好定义城市未来
咖啡经济的蓬勃兴起,是海门建设“双型城市”的一个生动缩影。自2025年11月《南通市海门区人才友好型青年发展型城市建设实施方案》正式发布以来,海门用实打实的举措为青年人才搭建干事创业的舞台、打造宜居宜业的家园。
5月21日,謇公湖青年发展型街区正式开街,“逐梦青春”主题系列活动同步启动。
街区集聚海门电竞A级主场、影视微短剧产业基地、专业足球运动基地、湖景露营文旅基地,同步布局青年共享办公空间、潮流休闲小店、青年社交互动阵地,融合文体赛事、创业孵化、休闲打卡、交友联谊等多元场景,一站式满足青年就业创业、运动休闲、社交成长等多样化需求。
区委常委、组织部部长王文献在致辞中表示,希望后续有更多的OPC社区、体育赛事、青年夜校、文创市集、路演活动进驻街区,把街区打造成青年想来、爱来、常来的根据地。

The Haimen District Bureau of Commerce has collaborated with various districts and towns to conduct a comprehensive survey of coffee shops in the entire district, screen and integrate information from 84 stores, and create the "Haimen Coffee Map" WeChat mini program, using digital means to connect the "last mile" of youth convenience services.

When the aroma of century old Yisheng wine and the mellow aroma of coffee met in a cup, Haimen completed a contemporary translation of local culture with a special cup. Young people not only drink a cup of coffee, but also the taste of a city.

In order to break the bottleneck of homogenization of coffee products and enable young people to perceive Haimen culture in a cup of coffee, the District Commerce Bureau and the District Integrated Media Center jointly held a special selection meeting with multiple coffee shops, focusing on the repeated selection, discussion and polishing of local characteristic "good products". Ultimately, the integrated development strategy of "city limited+specialty coffee drinks" was established, with loquat and Yisheng wine as the core raw materials.

Since the official release of the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of Talent Friendly Youth Development City in Haimen District, Nantong City" in November 2025, Haimen has taken practical measures to build a stage for young talents to work and start businesses, and to create a livable and business friendly home.
