如今,上海已汇聚数万青年主理人和青春经济从业者,形成了主题零售、休闲餐饮、兴趣社交、沉浸体验、自我成长五大核心业态,而在徐汇衡复风貌区天平街道的2.68平方公里土地上,星罗棋布着150多家咖啡馆,这里的咖啡密度早已超越商业数字,成为上海青春经济最鲜活的街区实践样本。

在一栋1930年的红砖优秀历史建筑里,“老虎灶”咖啡把老上海弄堂的记忆搬进了现代生活。这个名字来自社区居民的提议——旧时弄堂里,居民们在形似虎头的灶台边买热水、聊家常,是最热闹的社交中心。

除了社区活化与公益联动的标杆样本,衡复风貌区的咖啡馆里,还藏着更多元的青春风景。以作家命名的“毛姆礼帽”咖啡馆,摆满了从世界各地淘来的文化书籍,门口的“交换书柜”成了青年精神交流的中转站;依托这一天然文化载体,青年夜校在此落地,沪语课堂、读书会、文化分享会常态化举办,七八成青年客人一边啜饮咖啡,一边在书香里充电,成了“自我成长”业态的生动注脚。

天平街道居民开设的“爱沪咖”,则把邻里温情揉进了咖啡与甜甜圈里。主理人闫振华是二十多年的五月天歌迷,这份热爱让小店成了歌迷的打卡点,也成了周边居民日常放松的据点。大雨天里写着歌词的外卖备注、街道帮小店引流的打卡活动,让这份街角的治愈力不断传递,诠释着“青春不是年龄,是心态”的街区温度。

这里的青年,用Citywalk的脚步丈量历史,用咖啡杯碰撞出灵感。他们把偶遇变成创意,把灵感变成行动——快闪文创摊、音乐角落、手作工坊……无数微小的实践,正以多元方式反哺着百年街区。

对于在这里创业的年轻人来说,他们看重的从来不是政策扶持,而是这片土地能带来的个人成长、社交拓展和价值实现。衡复风貌区打破了物理空间的单一属性,让空间从消费转向融合体验、社交、文化于一体的多元场景,将青春经济核心业态的核心特点全部囊括其中。

Nowadays, Shanghai has gathered tens of thousands of young managers and youth economy practitioners, forming five core business formats: theme retail, leisure catering, interest socialization, immersive experience, and self growth. On the 2.68 square kilometers of Tianping Street in Xuhui Hengfu District, there are more than 150 coffee shops in Xingluoqi, and the coffee density here has already surpassed commercial numbers, becoming the most vivid example of Shanghai's youth economy practice.
