海门咖啡店遍地开花,有着清晰的城市发展底气。“近几年,随着海门产业的发展,更多来自和毕业于一线城市的年轻人来到海门就业创业,同时,也把一线城市的咖啡消费习惯带了过来,咖啡从潮流饮品,彻底变成年轻人的日常刚需。”海门区商务局副局长张剑锋坦言。

除此之外,海门持续优化营商环境,鼓励主理人开店、培育咖啡经济,开店流程简便、创业成本可控,越来越多深耕茶饮、餐饮行业的返乡青年,选择自主开办个性化咖啡店,打造属于海门本土的特色咖啡空间。

小店仅50平米,前后筹备近一年,改造老旧供销社场地耗资近50万。店内摒弃硬朗直线设计,全屋采用柔和圆弧造型,门口摆放自己亲手淘来的复古原木墩,没有夸张醒目的门头logo,低调又有质感。说起开店的初心,徐笑笑满是共情:“到了我们这个年纪,平日里在家是妈妈、是妻子,工作中是员工、是管理者,一直都在扮演别人需要的角色,唯独很少做自己。我想开一个专属自己的放松空间,在这里不用顾及身份,只管取悦自己。”

依托海门本土物产,这家小店配合区商务局专项研发4款海门限定咖啡特调,深挖本地特色风物,把家乡味道融进咖啡里。“我们用海门本土枇杷蜜、枇杷叶做两款清爽美式,还有两款结合海门宜生酒,分米酒、白酒两种版本,适配不同人群,同时搭配麻团、糖枣这些海门老式小吃,让外地年轻人尝得到海门味道,本地人喝得到家乡情怀。”徐笑笑介绍说。

“我们专门在湖畔布局咖啡店,就是贴合当下年轻人亲近自然、偏爱场景化休闲的需求。”云栖咖啡负责人邵佳海介绍,门店紧邻久竞电竞中心、海门中专、足球小镇,周边青年客群密集,电竞选手训练之余、学生课余时间、科创企业团建,都会选择前来休憩放松

Kira Coffee, hidden next to the old supply and marketing cooperative in Haimen Street, is a healing third space carefully created by a returning female entrepreneur. The host Xu Xiaoxiao has 11 years of experience working in Shanghai and has been operating a chain of tea beverage brands since returning home. When it comes to the original intention of opening the store, she is very straightforward: "I have lived in Shanghai for many years, and after returning to Haimen, I have always felt regretful. Many coffee shops in Haimen have been unable to balance taste and environment. Either the coffee is delicious but noisy, without a quiet chat space; or the decoration is exquisite but the coffee taste is not satisfactory, so I have decided to open my own small shop that suits my heart
The small shop is only 50 square meters and has been prepared for nearly a year. The renovation of the old supply and marketing cooperative site cost nearly 500000 yuan. The store abandons the tough straight line design and adopts a soft curved shape throughout the house. At the entrance, there is a vintage wooden pier that I personally picked up, without an exaggerated and eye-catching storefront logo, which is low-key yet textured. When it comes to the original intention of opening a store, Xu Xiaoxiao is full of empathy: "At our age, we are mothers and wives at home, employees and managers at work, always playing the role that others need, but rarely being ourselves. I want to create a relaxing space that is exclusive to myself, where I don't have to worry about my identity, just please myself
Relying on local products in Haimen, this small shop has collaborated with the district commerce bureau to develop four Haimen limited edition coffee specialties, delving deep into local specialties and blending the taste of hometown into the coffee. "We use local loquat honey and loquat leaves in Haimen to make two refreshing American styles, and there are two versions combining Haimen Yisheng wine, Fenmi wine and Baijiu, which are suitable for different people. At the same time, they are matched with old Haimen snacks such as Ma Tuan and Tangzao, so that young people from other places can taste Haimen and local people can drink home feelings." Xu Xiaoxiao said.
Since the launch of the Haimen Coffee map, there has been a significant increase in store foot traffic. "Many young people saw the official official account push, and followed the coffee map to find it. The local loquat series coffee sold best. Many new people came here to take wedding photos, and some young people regarded it as a quiet dating corner. The map really brought customer flow to our shop." Xu Xiaoxiao said.
The Yunqi Coffee, which is located at the bank of Jiangong Lake in Haimen Economic Development Zone, is a trendy lakeside coffee space operated by state-owned enterprises. It was opened simultaneously with the Yunqi Camp in January this year, relying on the whole camping lake landscape resources to create a natural style coffee space. The log and green plants are matched with panoramic french window, and the lake scenery can be seen by pushing the window, creating a full atmosphere.
