瑞丽市政协开展咖啡产业提质增效专题调研Ruili Municipal Political Consultative Conference conducts special research on improving the quality and efficiency of the coffee industry
7月2日，市政协成立调研组，通过实地走访、现场查看、座谈交流等方式，围绕“立足种质资源优势推动咖啡产业提质增效”开展专题调研。
调研组前往卡南社区二组咖啡种植园、星瑞斯达（瑞丽）咖啡有限责任公司、云南省德宏热带农业科学研究所国家级咖啡种质资源圃等，实地查看咖啡标准化种植、精品咖啡精深加工等工作开展情况，摸清产业实情、梳理发展短板、汇聚发展良策。
其间，调研组召开专题座谈会，听取市政府关于全市咖啡产业整体发展情况汇报。市农业农村局等相关单位负责人结合职能，围绕种质资源利用、产业科技服务等方面汇报工作成效，剖析现存短板，研讨发展路径。
调研组表示，市政协将组织赴普洱、保山等省内咖啡主产区学习先进经验，并撰写专题调研报告，充分发挥政协委员建言资政作用，推动各职能部门直面产业问题、细化落实举措，持续深挖国家级咖啡种质资源核心优势，完善咖啡全产业链布局，强化良种创新、精深加工与品牌打造，健全产业配套保障机制，积极凝聚政企研多方合力，形成务实有效的协商成果供市委、市政府决策参考，全力做强瑞丽咖啡特色农业产业，不断提升特色产业综合竞争力。

On July 2nd, the Municipal Political Consultative Conference established a research group to conduct a special investigation on "promoting the quality and efficiency improvement of the coffee industry based on the advantages of germplasm resources" through on-site visits, inspections, and discussions.
The research team went to the second group coffee plantation in Kanan Community, Xingrui Sida (Ruili) Coffee Co., Ltd., Yunnan Dehong Tropical Agricultural Science Research Institute National Coffee Germplasm Resource Garden, etc., to conduct on-site inspections of the implementation of standardized coffee planting, fine coffee deep processing and other work, to understand the industry situation, sort out development shortcomings, and gather good development strategies.
During this period, the research team held a special symposium to listen to the report from the municipal government on the overall development of the city's coffee industry. The heads of relevant units such as the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, in conjunction with their functions, report on the effectiveness of their work in the utilization of germplasm resources and industrial technology services, analyze existing shortcomings, and discuss development paths.
The research team stated that the Municipal Association will organize visits to the main coffee producing areas in Pu'er, Baoshan and other provinces to learn from advanced experience, and write special research reports, fully leveraging the role of CPPCC members in providing advice and guidance, promoting various functional departments to face industrial problems, refine implementation measures, continuously tap into the core advantages of national level coffee germplasm resources, improve the layout of the entire coffee industry chain, strengthen the innovation, deep processing and brand building of high-quality varieties, improve the industrial supporting guarantee mechanism, actively gather the joint efforts of government, enterprises and research, form practical and effective negotiation results for the decision-making reference of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and make every effort to strengthen the Ruili coffee characteristic agricultural industry, continuously enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of characteristic industries.
