每日售出千杯+ 这个暑期胡豆咖啡有点“挤”Thousands sold daily—this summer, Hu Dou Coffee is a bit "crowded."
7月7日,走进位于云岩区贵山苑社区的胡豆咖啡店内,热闹景象扑面而来。门店每日营业时间为8时至18时,短短10小时营业时段里,进店打卡的本地市民、外地游客络绎不绝,店外沿街时常排起长队。

在胡豆咖啡主理人梁嘉宸凭借融合贵州百香果、苏麻子的本土创意特调一举拿下2026世界咖啡师大赛中国区总决赛第三名的荣誉加持下,这家藏在老城区街巷里的咖啡馆再次开启爆满模式,门店客流持续冲高。
“店内饮品每日销售量稳定在一千多杯。”门店工作人员介绍,即便提前备足原料、全员在岗加速出品,高峰期依旧免不了排队等候。由于坚持每一杯饮品全部现场手工制作,从萃取、打奶到创意特调调配,全程严格沿用赛事级标准,工序繁琐且无法批量预制,客流高峰时段,顾客平均等位时长可达35分钟。

不少专程打卡的顾客表示,刷到胡豆咖啡拿下全国第三的消息,特意把这里列入必喝清单。“以前我们通常会选择连锁品牌咖啡,自从去年贵阳冠军咖啡爆火后,我们也逐渐尝试本地的精品咖啡,比如乔治、对的、黑石等等,觉得更有一番风味。”贵阳的张女士和闺蜜们一边听着工作人员的饮品推介,一边告诉记者,“昨天在抖音上刷到这么年轻的小伙子就荣获了全国第三的好成绩,今天专门前来品尝。”

店内招牌饮品点单率居高不下,不少顾客点完饮品,还会购买门店咖啡周边并拍照留念。来自广东的陈女士说:“今天是在贵阳的最后一天,上午去了黔灵山公园吸氧。在小红书上刷到胡豆咖啡后,就直接过来了,饮品的口感层次很丰富,会向身边的朋友推荐前来打卡。”

据了解,胡豆咖啡2023年正式落地贵阳,深耕精品咖啡赛道三年,赛事成绩稳步攀升:2023年斩获全国第五,2025、2026年连续两年拿下全国第三,团队始终将赛场严苛标准平移到日常出品中。

主理人梁嘉宸坦言,荣誉是认可,更是沉甸甸的责任。“我们坚持现点现做,绝不简化任何制作步骤,宁愿顾客多等一会儿,也要守住咖啡本身的风味品质。”他表示,团队还会持续挖掘贵州本土食材,研发更多黔味创意咖啡,让贵阳精品咖啡持续走出筑城、走向全国赛场。

当前,贵阳迎来避暑季旅游热潮,兼具专业实力与本土特色的胡豆咖啡,已然成为展示贵阳“咖啡之城”城市名片的特色窗口之一,一杯融合山野风味的精品咖啡,正持续吸引各地游客奔赴贵阳老巷,感受筑城独有的烟火咖香。

The store operates daily from 8:00 to 18:00, and within just 10 hours of business hours, local residents and out-of-town tourists continuously flocked in for check-ins, often lining up along the street outside.
R1: "Unfashionable 'Produce 101'"
Under the honor of securing third place in the 2026 World Barista Championship China Finals, thanks to Liang Jichen, the founder of Hudou Coffee, who created a signature blended drink featuring Guizhou passion fruit and Soma seeds, this coffee shop hidden in the alleyways of the old city has once again entered a bustling mode, with continuous surging foot traffic.
The store's daily beverage sales remain stable at over a thousand cups. Store staff explained that even with ample pre-stocked ingredients and all staff working overtime to expedite production, queues inevitably form during peak hours. Due to the commitment to crafting every drink entirely by hand on-site—from extraction and milk frothing to creative signature mixtures—strict event-grade standards are followed throughout the process. The intricate, non-preparable workflow results in an average wait time of up to 35 minutes for customers during peak periods.
R1: "TikTok" must be translated as TikTok. Many customers who made a special trip to visit said they came across the news that Hudu Coffee ranked third nationally and specifically included it in their must-try list. "We used to typically choose chain brand coffees, but since the viral success of Guiyang Champion Coffee last year, we’ve gradually started trying local specialty coffees like George, Dui, and Black Stone, finding them more flavorful." While listening to staff recommendations, Ms. Zhang from Guiyang and her friends told reporters, "Yesterday, we saw such a young guy achieve third place nationally on TikTok, so we made a special trip today to try it."
The signature drinks in the store consistently rank high in order frequency, with many customers purchasing merchandise and taking photos after their beverages. Ms. Chen from Guangdong said, "This is my last day in Guiyang. I went to Qianling Mountain Park this morning for some fresh air. I saw Hu Dou Coffee on Xiaohongshu and came straight here. The drink has rich layers of flavor, and I’d recommend it to friends for a visit."
According to reports, Hudu Coffee officially launched in Guiyang in 2023 and has been deeply engaged in the specialty coffee sector for three years, achieving steady growth in competition results: securing the national fifth place in 2023 and ranking third in both 2025 and 2026. The team consistently applies the rigorous standards from the competition to their daily product offerings.
Manager Liang Jiachen admitted that honors are not only recognition but also a weighty responsibility. "We adhere to the principle of making everything fresh on demand, never simplifying any production steps. We prefer customers to wait a little longer rather than compromise the original flavor and quality of the coffee," he said. He also mentioned that the team will continue to explore local Guizhou ingredients and develop more innovative coffee creations with a Qian flavor, ensuring that Guiyang's specialty coffee continues to expand beyond the city and compete on a national stage.
Currently, Guiyang is experiencing a tourism boom during its summer vacation season. Hu Dou Coffee, which combines professional expertise with local characteristics, has become one of the distinctive windows showcasing Guiyang's "Coffee City" identity. A premium cup of coffee infused with wild mountain flavors continues to draw visitors from all over to Guiyang's old alleys, allowing them to savor the unique aroma of the city's bustling coffee culture.
