红网时刻新闻7月9日讯（记者 向婉 实习生 尧琪）为落实湖南省建设年轻人友好省份部署及长沙市委、市政府打造青年社交空间工作要求，近日，长沙市商务局、共青团长沙市委指导湖南省新零售行业协会、长沙市青年企业家协会，正式面向全市公开征集2026年长沙市创业咖啡厅培育计划申报主体，旨在发掘培育一批以“咖啡+”为核心业态，兼具青年消费体验、社交链接、创业孵化等功能于一体的创业咖啡厅，助力青年发展型城市建设。

Rednet News, July 9th (Reporter Xiang Wan, Intern Yao Qi) In order to implement the deployment of Hunan Province to build a youth friendly province and the requirements of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Government to create a youth social space, the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League recently guided the Hunan New Retail Industry Association and the Changsha Youth Entrepreneurs Association to officially solicit applicants for the 2026 Changsha Entrepreneurship Coffee Shop Cultivation Plan, aiming to discover and cultivate a group of entrepreneurial coffee shops with "coffee+" as the core business format, integrating youth consumption experience, social links, entrepreneurship incubation and other functions, and to help the construction of a youth oriented city.

Qualified coffee shops, coffee brand enterprises, youth entrepreneurship service institutions, university entrepreneurship incubation bases, and related industry associations in the city are all eligible to apply.

After passing the evaluation, the selected stores will be jointly awarded by the Hunan New Retail Industry Association, Changsha Youth Entrepreneurs Association, Hunan Rednet Media Co., Ltd., and will be given priority in the 2026 "Changsha Youth Small Store" support plan, enjoying policy support and resource docking.

The applicant must have complete licenses, an independent youth social activity area, a recognizable spatial design, and a clear brand concept and manager story. They should be able to regularly carry out entrepreneurial sharing, industry exchange activities, and attract young people for employment.

The applying unit must submit the application materials (registration form, scanned copy of business license, at least 3 photos of the store and activity area, brand and manager introduction) to the designated email address before 17:30 on July 17, 2026: hnnewretail@163.com (The email subject should indicate "Entrepreneurial Coffee Shop Application+Subject Name").
