中新网云南保山7月10日电 (时文枝)“近年来，云南咖啡产业在种植规模、精深加工等方面的发展速度远超我的预期，令人惊喜。”普洱台屏咖啡生物科技有限责任公司董事长潘永槟9日称，未来，云台两地可在咖啡种植技术交流、精深加工协作等领域深化对接，共同推动云台咖啡产业融合发展。

当日，由云南省人民政府台湾事务办公室、保山市人民政府主办的第14届云台会系列活动——云台咖啡产业融合发展对接会在云南省保山市举行。百余名云台咖啡业者齐聚一堂，在咖香中探产业趋势、谋合作新篇。

云南与台湾，虽隔山海，却始终情谊绵长。两地同被北回归线横穿，相近的纬度孕育出相似的气候条件，为农业领域的深度合作提供天然禀赋。

地处滇西的保山市，与缅甸山水相连，得天独厚的立体气候与优良生态，孕育出“浓而不苦、香而不烈、略带果酸”的保山小粒咖啡。台湾则在咖啡品种选育、精细化种植、精深加工及文创设计等方面积累丰厚，并形成独具特色的咖啡文化生态。

“聚焦‘三年千名台青共创行动’，过去一年，通过持续的两岸交流与产业对接，云南咖啡与保山文旅康养机遇正吸引越来越多的台青关注。”质世代(云南)科技产业发展集团有限公司董事长郑威仁介绍，目前首批约30名核心台青已完成落地规划，并陆续推动相关公司设立与产业整合。“期待更多台青加入，从一杯保山咖啡开始，共同打开云南产业共创的新窗口。”

“希望以此次对接会为契机，进一步深化云台两地在咖啡种植、加工技术、品牌打造、文化传播等领域的合作，实现优势互补、协同发展。”昆明台湾同胞投资企业协会秘书长、昆明多柏思食品有限公司总经理林治宏说。

8日，云台咖啡企业联盟在第14届云台会开幕式上正式成立，首批共有20家台资及云南企业加盟。云台咖啡企业联盟理事长、保山市咖啡产业协会执行会长李晓波表示，该联盟将通过常态化运作，以制定精品咖啡团体标准、打造云台联名品牌等举措，推动云台咖啡产业向精品化、品牌化、国际化迈进。

“在RCEP框架下，云台咖啡企业的合作前景十分广阔。”云南咖蒙实业有限公司总经理王立军称，希望依托联盟平台，加强云台两地咖企在精深加工等方面的深度合作，助力云南咖啡拓展东南亚市场。(完)

On that day, the 14th Yuntai Coffee Industry Integration and Development Matchmaking Conference, hosted by the Taiwan Affairs Office of Yunnan Provincial People's Government and the People's Government of Baoshan City, was held in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. More than a hundred Yuntai coffee industry players gathered together to explore industry trends and seek new cooperation opportunities amidst the aroma of coffee.

Yunnan and Taiwan, although separated by mountains and seas, have always had a long-lasting friendship. The two places are crossed by the Tropic of Cancer, and their similar latitudes have nurtured similar climate conditions, providing a natural endowment for deep cooperation in the agricultural field.

Baoshan City, located in western Yunnan, is connected to the mountains and rivers of Myanmar. Its unique three-dimensional climate and excellent ecology have nurtured Baoshan small grain coffee, which is "strong but not bitter, fragrant but not strong, and slightly fruity". Taiwan has accumulated rich experience in coffee variety breeding, refined planting, deep processing, and cultural and creative design, and has formed a unique coffee cultural ecology.

Focusing on the 'Three Year Thousand Taiwan Youth Co Creation Action', in the past year, through continuous cross-strait exchanges and industry docking, Yunnan coffee and Baoshan cultural tourism and health opportunities are attracting more and more attention from Taiwan youth. On the 8th, the Yuntai Coffee Enterprise Alliance was officially established at the opening ceremony of the 14th Yuntai Conference, with a total of 20 Taiwanese and Yunnan enterprises joining the first batch. Li Xiaobo, Chairman of the Yuntai Coffee Enterprise Alliance and Executive Chairman of the Baoshan Coffee Industry Association, stated that the alliance will promote the Yuntai coffee industry towards refinement, branding, and internationalization through regular operations, such as establishing standards for premium coffee groups and creating Yuntai joint brands.

Under the RCEP framework, the cooperation prospects of Yuntai Coffee enterprises are very broad. ”Wang Lijun, General Manager of Yunnan Kamon Industrial Co., Ltd., stated that he hopes to strengthen the deep cooperation between coffee companies in Yuntai and Yuntai in deep processing and other areas through the alliance platform, and help Yunnan Coffee expand into the Southeast Asian market.
