2026第四届中国侨都(江门)咖啡节圆满落幕,作为连续四年落地环五邑华侨广场的标志性活动,本届盛会吸引超51万人次参与,27万杯咖啡温暖传递,咖啡香气漫遍侨都。

山野感设计铺满营地,连片小木屋藏在岸边,江风徐徐叹夕阳,啡香袅袅漫闲心,在社交平台火速出圈的漫野部落已成为大家的“精神氧舱”。

美兹智能研发工程师在生产车间跟进产品落地,对咖啡机称重定量控制、高压虹吸打奶泡等专利技术进行量产调试,产品供应海外欧美、非洲等国际市场。

近年来,蓬江区紧抓粤港澳大湾区建设机遇,依托深厚的侨乡文化底蕴和扎实的制造业基础,将咖啡产业作为培育新质生产力、促进消费升级的重要抓手。以“侨都咖啡”品牌建设为引领,初步形成集烘焙加工、设备制造、创意设计、人才培养、文旅消费于一体的全产业链格局,呈现出稳步发展、潜力巨大的良好态势,成为区域经济新的增长点。蓬江区作为中心城区,是“侨都咖啡”产业的核心承载区,咖啡文化正深度融入城市角落,集聚了美兹智能科技等器具生产企业,华盛咖啡等供应链企业,佰瑞、漫野部落等连锁品牌企业,形成从器具制造到销售的完整产业链。2025年蓬江健康食品产业规模达到134亿元,一杯咖啡飘出“百千万工程”发展配方。
以原生产业优势筑牢咖啡赛道根基
一杯咖啡的旅程从华盛、柏顿等7家持证烘焙企业的3000吨年产能生产线出发,再到美兹智能等20余家企业打造的专业咖啡器具,这条年产值超10亿的制造链条,为每一杯好咖啡筑牢了品质根基。


当咖啡香飘向街头,近700家咖啡店散落在环五邑华侨广场商圈、长堤历史文化街区的街巷里,连锁品牌与社区小店各展绝技,coffer around、7M Cafe、First&Last、YEMOLI等店人气高涨,2025年蓬江区新登记咖啡经营主体增长20%,年销售额突破2.5亿,不少特色小店日均出杯可达150杯。

百年侨乡的海外咖啡文化底蕴,和本土“三点三”下午茶民俗自然相融,让咖啡从日常饮品慢慢变成约见好友、感受城市温度的社交载体,也让蓬江成为大湾区里独特的咖啡消费沃土。
多维度硬核资源为产业发展持续赋能
“政府、园区、协会”三方共建的江门咖啡茶饮创新中心,打造出全国首个咖啡茶饮孵化基地,落地江门市科创公园,面积超20000平方米,不仅吸引了烧柠、艾思咖啡等本土头部品牌进驻,更集聚了潘迪设计、京东物流等品牌设计、知识产权、物流配送等全链条服务机构,推动数字经济与实体咖啡产业深度融合,高效打通产业链上下游供需对接通道。
同时,谋划布局300亩的江门(蓬江)咖啡食品和智能设备产业基地,依托本地成熟的食品与智能家电产业基础,定向承接咖啡设备、器具类生产项目,目前总投资1亿元的品佳厨用智能家电生产基地已在杜阮镇动工,投产后将重点产出咖啡机等智能厨电产品,进一步补强咖啡产业链;推行一站式人才服务,每年可输出超3000名专业咖啡技能人才,为产业发展储备充足人力;“开办咖啡店一件事”极简审批改革,将办证时长从3个工作日压缩至最快40分钟,已累计服务超150名咖啡经营主体,以高效政务服务激活市场活力。

侨都咖啡特色产业高地雏形初现
“咖啡+文旅”塑造城市名片。以咖啡为媒,串联侨乡非遗、文旅地标与文创IP,在第四届咖啡节期间精心打造了侨都文创、东湖咖啡两大特色网红打卡摊位;将省级示范特色步行街(商圈)——环五邑华侨广场商圈,纳入侨乡旅游线路,串联长堤历史文化街区、江门人才岛等景点,形成“文旅引流、咖啡消费”的正向循环,促进咖啡消费成为重要增长点。

“咖啡+外贸”拓宽市场空间。在2026第四届中国侨都(江门)咖啡节期联动举办“广货行天下-邑品进万家——江门外贸优品内外贸一体化推广活动”,组织建雅、科业、利华等26家蓬江重点外贸企业线下参展。全市共90家外贸企业带着各自的“看家本领”汇聚于此,推出适配咖啡消费场景的“江门制造”,把原本漂洋过海的好物摆在了市民家门口,构建“咖啡+家居”消费生态,既为外贸企业开辟内销通道,又丰富咖啡消费配套场景。
“咖啡+制造”强化产业支撑。依托蓬江“制造业当家”优势,推动咖啡设备本土化生产。美兹智能2025年产值超3亿元,今年上半年产值增速超50%,计划投资3亿元的智能家电新基地正加快建设;君乐宝华南乳业全产业链一体化基地一期项目当年动工当年投产,现已满产运行。美心、葡韵等烘焙品牌开发适配咖啡市场产品,其中美心西饼江门首店入驻利和广场、本月正式开业,形成“咖啡+点心”消费组合,推动产业链高效协同。

The Manye tribe, which quickly gained popularity on social platforms, has become everyone's "spiritual oxygen chamber".
Meizi Intelligent R&D engineers are following up on product implementation in the production workshop, conducting mass production and debugging of patented technologies such as coffee machine weighing and quantitative control, high-pressure siphon milk frothing, etc. The products are supplied to international markets such as Europe, America, and Africa.
In recent years, Pengjiang District has seized the opportunity of the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, relying on its profound cultural heritage of overseas Chinese and solid manufacturing foundation, to regard the coffee industry as an important lever for cultivating new quality productivity and promoting consumption upgrading. Led by the construction of the "Qiaodu Coffee" brand, a full industry chain pattern integrating baking processing, equipment manufacturing, creative design, talent cultivation, and cultural tourism consumption has been initially formed, showing a steady development and huge potential, becoming a new growth point for the regional economy. Pengjiang District, as the central urban area, is the core carrier area of the "Qiaodu Coffee" industry. Coffee culture is deeply integrated into the corners of the city, gathering equipment production enterprises such as Meizi Intelligent Technology, supply chain enterprises such as Huasheng Coffee, and chain brand enterprises such as Bairui and Manye Tribe, forming a complete industrial chain from equipment manufacturing to sales. By 2025, the scale of the health food industry in Pengjiang will reach 13.4 billion yuan, and a cup of coffee will be infused with the development formula of the "Million Million Project".
Building a solid foundation for the coffee industry with native industry advantages
The journey of a cup of coffee starts from the 3000 ton annual production line of 7 certified roasting enterprises such as Huasheng and Burton, and then goes to the professional coffee utensils created by more than 20 enterprises such as Meizi Intelligence. This manufacturing chain with an annual output value of over 1 billion has laid a solid quality foundation for every good cup of coffee.
When the aroma of coffee wafts onto the streets, nearly 700 coffee shops are scattered in the streets and alleys of the Huanwuyi Overseas Chinese Plaza commercial district and Changdi historical and cultural district. Chain brands and community small shops showcase their unique skills, and coffee around, 7M Cafe, First&Last, YEMOLI and other stores are popular. By 2025, the number of new registered coffee operators in Pengjiang District will increase by 20%, with annual sales exceeding 250 million yuan. Many specialty small shops can serve up to 150 cups per day.
The cultural heritage of overseas coffee, a century old hometown of overseas Chinese, naturally blends with the local "3:3" afternoon tea customs, transforming coffee from a daily beverage into a social medium for meeting friends and experiencing the warmth of the city. It also makes Pengjiang a unique coffee consumption fertile ground in the Greater Bay Area.
Multi dimensional hardcore resources continuously empower industrial development
The Jiangmen Coffee and Tea Beverage Innovation Center, jointly built by the government, park, and association, has created the first coffee and tea beverage incubation base in China, landing in Jiangmen Science and Technology Innovation Park with an area of over 20000 square meters. It not only attracts local top brands such as Shaoning and Aisi Coffee to settle in, but also gathers brand design, intellectual property, logistics and distribution service institutions such as Pandi Design and JD Logistics, promoting the deep integration of digital economy and physical coffee industry, and efficiently connecting the supply and demand channels of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.
At the same time, we plan to lay out a 300 acre Jiangmen (Pengjiang) coffee food and smart device industry base, relying on the mature local food and smart home appliance industry foundation, to undertake targeted coffee equipment and appliance production projects. The embryonic form of Qiaodu Coffee's characteristic industry highland is emerging
The combination of coffee and cultural tourism shapes the city's business card. Using coffee as a medium, we connected the intangible cultural heritage, cultural and tourism landmarks, and cultural and creative IP of overseas Chinese hometowns. The combination of coffee and foreign trade expands the market space. During the 4th China Overseas Chinese Capital (Jiangmen) Coffee Festival in 2026, we will jointly hold the "Guanghuoxing Tianxia - Yipin Enters Every Household - Jiangmen Foreign Trade Excellent Products Internal and External Trade Integration Promotion Activity", and organize 26 key foreign trade enterprises in Pengjiang, including Jianya, Keye, and Lihua, to participate offline. The planned investment of 300 million yuan in the construction of a new smart home appliance base is accelerating; The first phase of the Junlebao South China Dairy Industry Chain Integration Base project started construction and was put into operation at full capacity.
