据了解，库迪咖啡超级工厂项目总投资约30亿元，总建筑面积约34万平方米，将围绕咖啡及食品产业链，打造集生产加工、研发创新、配套服务于一体的综合性产业基地。

其中，项目一期建筑面积约13.4万平方米，配套生产设备投资约6亿元，产品涵盖咖啡、糖果、果冻、曲奇饼干、面点、膨化食品、植物基零食等，预计年产值24亿元。

目前，项目二期已启动施工，建筑面积约11.6万平方米，将布局乳品加工、咖啡豆烘焙、咖啡衍生品、冷饮冰杯等配套产线，并配套建设综合办公与研发大楼；项目三期建筑面积约9万平方米，将进一步扩充休闲食品产能，同步建设食品纸袋、纸杯等包装深加工生产线。

自落户当涂以来，库迪咖啡持续加大产业布局，推动咖啡及食品产业链延伸。超级工厂项目的建设，将进一步完善当地绿色食品产业链，助力食品产业集聚发展。

It is reported that the total investment of the Kudi Coffee Super Factory project is about 3 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 340000 square meters. It will focus on the coffee and food industry chain, and create a comprehensive industrial base integrating production and processing, research and development innovation, and supporting services.

Among them, the first phase of the project has a construction area of about 134000 square meters, with an investment of about 600 million yuan in supporting production equipment. The products include coffee, candy, jelly, cookies, pastries, puffed foods, plant-based snacks, etc., with an expected annual output value of 2.4 billion yuan.

At present, the second phase of the project has started construction, with a building area of about 116000 square meters. It will lay out supporting production lines for dairy processing, coffee bean roasting, coffee derivatives, cold drink ice cups, and build a comprehensive office and research and development building; The construction area of the third phase of the project is about 90000 square meters, which will further expand the production capacity of leisure food and simultaneously build deep processing production lines for packaging such as food paper bags and paper cups.

Since settling in Dangtu, Kudi Coffee has continued to increase its industrial layout and promote the extension of the coffee and food industry chain. The construction of the super factory project will further improve the local green food industry chain and help promote the agglomeration and development of the food industry.
