7月底，平谷区接连举办两场人才咖啡日系列活动。7月22日在金海湖“千人百村”大学生实习实践主题场；7月28日在平谷黑糖小镇露营地举办北京青年乡村CEO产业交流会。两场活动以咖啡为媒、为交流搭台，汇聚青年才智赋能乡村振兴。

北京青年乡村CEO产业交流会。采访对象 供图7月28日，青年乡村CEO产业交流会在黑糖小镇露营地举办，发布乡创大赛暨乡村训练营，全面拆解平谷面向青年创业者的配套扶持体系。主旨分享环节，三位京郊乡村创业带头人分享一线经验。文旅企业、村党支部、高校乡创专业及民宿领域青年代表同台交流扎根感悟。活动设置四大平行天幕研讨：乡旅民宿组、田园农事组、文化兴乡组、数智兴农组，青年按赛道分组深度交流；会后，青年分组赴金海湖星林溪谷度假村、翟墨帆船基地等地学习闲置资产转型、文旅综合体运营经验。

据了解，人才咖啡日是平谷区优化人才发展生态的创新举措，旨在搭建开放互动平台，促进跨界交流合作。后续，平谷将持续以“千人百村”实践、青年乡村CEO培养计划为载体，整合高校专家、本土乡创资源，帮助青年链接产业资源、搭建常态化交流平台，助力乡村振兴。

On July 28th, the Youth Rural CEO Industry Exchange Conference was held at the camping site in Black Sugar Town, where the Rural Entrepreneurship Competition and Rural Training Camp were launched to comprehensively dismantle Pinggu's supporting system for young entrepreneurs. In the keynote sharing session, three leading rural entrepreneurs in the suburbs of Beijing shared their frontline experiences. Youth representatives from cultural and tourism enterprises, village party branches, rural entrepreneurship majors in universities, and homestay fields exchanged and rooted their insights on the same stage. The event features four parallel sky discussions: rural tourism homestay group, rural farming group, cultural revitalization group, and digital intelligence revitalization group. Young people are grouped according to the track for in-depth exchanges; After the meeting, the youth group went to Jinhai Lake Xinglin Valley Resort, Zhai Mo Sailing Base and other places to learn about the transformation of idle assets and the operation experience of cultural and tourism complexes.

On July 22nd, the "Thousand People, Hundred Villages" Internship and Practice Theme Talent Coffee Day for College Students was held at Jinhai Lake. Interpret the development background and industrial layout of Pinggu for young students, and systematically explain talent policies such as youth employment subsidies, entrepreneurship support, housing security, and achievement transformation. Teachers and students conducted in-depth discussions on the difficulties in industrial development, the path of school local cooperation, and the detailed rules for policy implementation.
