此外，本次滇池国际咖啡文化嘉年华与滴滴出行联动，在东、西岸会场周边设置8个网约车接驳站点，各点位有明显标识。其中，东岸会场分布有6个，分别位于大观公园站（大观路）、庾园站（庾园路）、东岸会场站（金地云海）、丹霞营地站（停车场内）、副坝站（观景路外滩）、海埂公园站（望海路海埂公园西门）。

共享车：东岸会场将投放160台绿色扫码共享车，停放点位分布在金地云海一号、螺洲湿地生态公园、西坝河生态驿站、星河桥公共停车场（区域主枢纽）4个核心景观与交通节点，实现“金地云海一号↔星河桥停车场”全线贯通，打造东岸的便捷慢行网络。

2. 咖啡节观光专线：云南大学 → 翠湖咖啡公园 → 融创文旅城 (11.1km)

共享单车：西岸区域的共享单车需统一进入虾塘路临时停车区停放。西岸绿道内投放了100台扫码共享自行车（运营时间9:00-21:00），设置了高峣、王家堆、天空之镜、装载厂、至臻路、小渔路、四号岗、葫芦塘、听风露营地、苗圃、明波路11个节点，方便场内短途接驳。

一级引导：在主要入口及关键路口（如日新路与西福路交叉口、融创霞浦路交叉口等共9处）设置大型桁架，宏观指示会场方位。

二级引导：在场内设置10个落地式导览牌，详细标注各功能区、卫生间、医疗点位置。

The 2026 Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival will be held from August 1st to 9th. The two main venues on the east and west banks of Dianchi Lake have their own unique features and exciting activities.

Over 200 specialty coffee trucks from 52 cities across the country have gathered on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Among them, the West Coast has created a cross-border lifestyle tribe called "Cloud Coffee Picking Sequence" that integrates the experiences of managers from multiple countries. The four themed stages bring diverse entertainment content, and for the first time, Yunnan CoE award-winning estates have opened top-level golden bean tasting, accompanied by coffee blind testing, estate owner sharing, coffee grounds environmental protection devices, and Jingpo ethnic knife dance Easter eggs. On the west coast, there are 10 planet themed scenes and 8 characteristic stages, launching fun content such as Minions Fun Run, Robot Coffee Interaction, Flower Pulling Competition, and Nomad Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, covering music, sports, and trendy entertainment experiences.

Throughout the entire journey, there are 29 creative parade cars and a 9-kilometer cross dressing "Dian Ka Run" connecting the east and west coasts. Eight sub venues spread throughout the city each have their own highlights, covering over 50 hours of music performances, ethnic specialty coffee experiences, motorcycle themed activities, and more, transforming the entire city into a coffee carnival paradise.

There are three bus routes directly to the activity site on the east bank of Dianchi Lake.

Article 1: Confucian Temple ➔ Grand View Tower | Total length 4.4km | Estimated travel time 25-30 minutes (passing through Nanping Street commercial district)

Article 2: Daba Subway Station ↔  Huaxia Four Seasons | Total length 2.6km | Estimated travel time 8-12 minutes (subway connection)

Article 3: Guangfu Road Subway Station ↔  China Railway Park | Total length 1.2km | Estimated travel time 5-9 minutes (subway connection)

In addition, the event also opened three coffee festival sightseeing routes, among which the route that can reach the event site on the east bank departs from Yunnan University, passes through Cuihu Coffee Park, and reaches the east entrance of Caohai Tunnel, with a total length of 11.6km.

Self driving parking guide

Private cars driving to the East Coast venue can be parked in the Danxia Bridge parking lot, which has 500 parking spaces. In addition, there are 3 supporting parking lots in the Yuyuan area, with approximately 200 parking spaces. The Baoneng sales department parking lot has approximately 70 parking spaces, and the Haigeng Hall Guanou parking lot has 267 parking spaces.

In addition, the Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival is linked with Didi Chuxing, and 8 ride hailing shuttle stations are set up around the east and west banks of the venue, with clear signs at each point. Among them, there are 6 venues on the east bank, located at Daguan Park Station (Daguan Road), Yuyuan Station (Yuyuan Road), Dong'an Venue Station (Jindi Yunhai), Danxia Camp Station (parking lot), Fuba Station (Jingguan Road Bund), and Haigeng Park Station (Wanghai Road Haigeng Park West Gate).

Exclusive ride hailing stations are equipped with storage areas and temporary parking spaces, achieving full coverage of core connecting areas and ensuring rapid distribution of passenger flow. Adopting the "targeted dispatching+stop and go" mode, intelligently matching transportation demand, reducing vehicle road occupation time, improving vehicle turnover efficiency, and avoiding regional traffic congestion.

During the Coffee Carnival, Didi also launched exclusive taxi coupons for the Coffee Festival, which can be obtained by opening the Didi app/mini program.

Non motorized/shared vehicle management

Non motorized vehicle parking: A centralized parking area for non motorized vehicles will be set up at the end of Rixin Road using half of the temporarily closed road section.

Shared bicycles: can be parked along Xifu Road.

Shared cars: 160 green QR code shared cars will be deployed at the East Coast venue, with parking locations distributed in four core landscape and transportation nodes: Jindi Yunhai No.1, Luozhou Wetland Ecological Park, Xiba River Ecological Station, and Xinghe Bridge Public Parking Lot (regional main hub), achieving the goal of "Jindi Yunhai No.1" ↔ The Star River Bridge Parking Lot is fully connected, creating a convenient slow traffic network on the east bank.

1. Regular bus route: Take Metro Line 3 to West Bus Station and transfer to another bus. From Majie to Rongchuang Cultural and Tourism City, the total length is 9km and the estimated travel time is 20-30 minutes (covering the western city area)

Self driving parking guide

Main parking lot: Rongchuang Parking Lot (3000 parking spaces): This is the largest single parking lot in the entire carnival. After parking, tourists only need to walk through the slow system to enter West Coast Park, which is very convenient.

No Entry Notice: Social vehicles are restricted from entering the core area of the venue.

There are two dedicated pick-up and drop off stations on the west bank:

1. West Bank Pedestrian Street Station

2. Xiatang Road Station

Operation mode: Implement the same "stop and go" and storage area management mode. Special reminder: The enclosed area between Xifu Road, Yuyuan Road, and No. 195 Road is the core no parking zone. Drivers are required to strictly comply with the regulations. The fourth level station is equipped with prominent orange vertical signs, while the third level station is equipped with sunshade shelters, seats, and information screens to unify the brand's visual identity and provide passengers with a comfortable waiting experience.

Non motorized/shared vehicle management

Private non motorized vehicles: parked in the non motorized vehicle parking lot on Zhizhou Road (North Section of Road 195).

Shared bicycles: Shared bicycles in the west bank area need to be parked in the temporary parking area on Xiatang Road. 100 QR code shared bicycles have been deployed within the West Coast Greenway (operating hours 9:00-21:00), with 11 nodes including Gaoqiao, Wangjiadui, Sky Mirror, Loading Plant, Zhizhen Road, Xiaoyu Road, No. 4 Gang, Hulutang, Tingfenglu Campsite, Nursery, and Mingbo Road set up to facilitate short distance connections within the venue.

East West Coast Interchange

1. Electric scooter on the lakeside greenway (recommended): This is the most important means of transportation connecting the two sides. There is an east-west circulation line running back and forth between Haigeng Dam and Rongchuang Cultural Tourism City.

2. Featured double decker bus (recommended): Jindi Yunhai No.1- Shiba Ge Hotel (round-trip)

3. Subway connection: Although the subway does not directly cross the lake, physical connectivity between the two sides can be achieved by taking the connecting line 4 (Guangfu Road West Exit Station) or connecting line 2 (West Bus Station), combined with walking.

4. Walking/Cycling: The lakeside greenway is fully connected and separated from pedestrians and vehicles. Tourists with good physical strength can choose to walk or cross the east and west coasts with special scanning vehicles on the greenway, and the scenery along the way is excellent.

Level 3 induction system, no getting lost on site

The organizing committee has established a comprehensive three-level induction system around and inside the venue. Please pay attention to the following:

First level guidance: Set up large trusses at the main entrances and key intersections (such as the intersection of Rixin Road and Xifu Road, the intersection of Rongchuang Xiapu Road, etc., totaling 9 locations) to macroscopically indicate the direction of the venue.

Secondary guidance: Set up 10 floor standing guide signs on site, detailing the locations of each functional area, bathroom, and medical point.

Level 3 guidance: Clear arrow signs and warm reminders are set up throughout the venue to ensure that you will not miss any exciting spots.

No Parking and Strict Management Zone: Within the enclosed area of Xifu Road (excluding) - Yuyuan Road (including) - Huanhu Greenway (including) - Hulutang Street (including) - No. 195 Road (including) - Xianglu Street (including), the placement and parking of shared bicycles are strictly prohibited. Citizens are required to return their bicycles outside the area.
