勐海西定：藏在大山里的“高分咖啡”致富反哺记Menghai Xiding: The Rich Feedback of "High Score Coffee" Hidden in the Mountains
云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县西定乡依托高海拔、大温差、多雾湿润的山地禀赋与优质红壤资源，孕育出风味独特、品质优异的高分精品咖啡豆。全乡咖啡种植面积达2.7万亩，辐射覆盖11个行政村、93个村民小组，带动3000余户农户增收。取之青山、反哺乡土，曾经的山野小作物，如今已成为强村富民、赋能振兴的特色支柱产业。
近年来，西定乡坚持党建引领、源头提质、延链增值、联农惠民，让高山高分豆走出深山、让产业红利惠及万家，绘就边疆乡村全面振兴新图景。
党建统筹谋布局，夯实高分咖啡产业根基
组织赋能聚力，产业方能行稳。西定乡将精品咖啡作为核心富民产业，构建“党组织+企业+党员+农户”联动体系，把组织力量贯穿产业发展全过程。通过产业会商、外出取经、干群共谋，统一精品化发展思路，凝聚全乡兴咖共识。积极争取项目资金投入1270余万元，完善产业道路、灌溉水利等基础设施，培育本土龙头企业，建成标准化加工厂，搭建起育苗、种植、收购、加工一体化产业平台。充分发挥党员先锋作用，带头推广优质品种、学习管护技术、对接产销资源，入户指导农户科学种植，带动群众广泛参与产业发展，为咖啡产业规模化、精品化发展筑牢坚实根基。
精耕高山原产地，淬炼风味出众高分好豆
好豆源于高山，品质贵在精耕。西定乡立足高山生态种植优势，从品种、管护、标准三端发力，全力打造优质高分咖啡原产地。全面淘汰低产老品种，引进瑰夏、389、萨奇姆402等高端精品品种，企业免费发放优质种苗700余万株，有效降低农户种植成本。大力推广“咖啡+茶叶”“咖啡+坚果”立体套种模式，套种面积达2600余亩，盘活山地资源，实现一地多收、提质增效。组建州县专家、企业技术员服务队，常态化下沉田间开展管护培训，普及绿色种植技术。目前全乡咖啡有机转换认证面积6168亩，原生态标准化培育模式，造就咖啡豆干净饱满的品相与丰富的花果风味，让西定咖啡凭借出众品质斩获行业高分，稳居精品市场赛道。
全链拓路强反哺，山野红利惠及千家万户
链条做深做实，红利归于乡野。西定乡推动延链补链强链与利益共享同步推进，持续完善全产业链条，健全利益联结机制，把产业红利留在乡村、惠及群众。全乡建成4座初加工厂、1座精加工厂，配备现代化加工设备，鲜果就地加工产能突破7000吨，同步研发精品熟豆、挂耳咖啡、咖啡果皮茶等多元产品，丰富产品矩阵。线上依托直播电商拓宽销路，线下布局山野特色咖啡馆，联动章朗千年古寨资源，打造咖啡采摘、山地观光、民族研学线路，推动农文旅深度融合发展。同时，西定乡持续健全联农带农机制，推行“党组织+合作社+企业+农户”模式，落实鲜果保底收购政策，有效抵御市场波动风险，2025年咖农户均增收6600元。依托产业基地和加工车间，提供就近就业岗位1.2万人次，发放务工劳务费300余万元。创新村企反哺机制，企业按每吨鲜果返利40元壮大村集体经济，目前10个村38个村民小组实现分红，累计增收3.4万余元，实现企业增效、群众增收、集体增益的多方共赢。
咖香漫山野，产业助振兴。下一步，西定乡将持续深耕精品咖啡特色赛道，优化种植品质、延伸产业链条、丰富文旅业态、做实惠民反哺，让大山里的高分咖香飘向更广市场，以一粒小红果持续赋能边疆乡村高质量发展。

Xiding Township, Menghai County, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, relies on the mountainous endowment of high altitude, large temperature difference, foggy and humid conditions, and high-quality red soil resources to cultivate high scoring premium coffee beans with unique flavor and excellent quality. The coffee planting area in the whole township reaches 27000 mu, covering 11 administrative villages and 93 village groups, driving more than 3000 households to increase their income. Taking the green mountains and nurturing the local area, the once wild small crops have now become a characteristic pillar industry for strengthening villages, enriching the people, and empowering revitalization.

Empowering organizations and gathering strength can ensure the stability of the industry. Xiding Township regards premium coffee as the core industry for enriching the people, and constructs a linkage system of "Party organizations+enterprises+Party members+farmers", integrating organizational strength throughout the entire process of industrial development. Through industry consultations, going out to learn from experience, and working together with officials and the masses, we aim to unify the development ideas of high-quality products and consolidate the consensus of the whole township on promoting coffee. Actively strive to invest more than 12.7 million yuan in project funds, improve industrial roads, irrigation and water conservancy infrastructure, cultivate local leading enterprises, build standardized processing plants, and establish an integrated industrial platform for seedling cultivation, planting, procurement, and processing. Give full play to the vanguard role of Party members, take the lead in promoting high-quality varieties, learning management and maintenance techniques, connecting production and sales resources, guiding farmers in scientific planting at home, promoting widespread participation of the masses in industrial development, and laying a solid foundation for the large-scale and high-quality development of the coffee industry.

Refined high mountain origin, refined with outstanding flavor and high-quality beans
Good beans come from high mountains, and quality is precious in intensive cultivation. Based on the advantages of high-altitude ecological planting, Xiding Township strives to create a high-quality and high scoring coffee origin by focusing on variety, management, and standards. Comprehensively eliminate low yield old varieties, introduce high-end boutique varieties such as Guixia, 389, and Sachim402, and distribute more than 7 million high-quality seedlings free of charge to enterprises, effectively reducing farmers' planting costs. Vigorously promote the three-dimensional intercropping mode of "coffee+tea" and "coffee+nuts", with a intercropping area of more than 2600 acres, activate mountain resources, and achieve multi harvest, quality and efficiency improvement in one place. Establish a service team consisting of experts and enterprise technicians from various counties, conduct regular training on field management and maintenance, and promote green planting techniques. At present, the organic transformation certification area of coffee in the whole town is 6168 mu, and the original ecological standardized cultivation mode has created a clean and full taste of coffee beans and a rich flavor of flowers and fruits, so that Xiding Coffee has won high marks in the industry by virtue of its outstanding quality, and is stable in the competitive market track.
Expanding the entire chain and strengthening feedback, the dividends of the mountains and fields benefit thousands of households

The chain is deep and solid, and the dividends belong to the countryside. Xiding Township is promoting the synchronous advancement of chain extension, reinforcement, and benefit sharing, continuously improving the entire industrial chain, perfecting the mechanism of interest linkage, and keeping the industrial dividends in rural areas to benefit the people. Four initial processing plants and one precision processing plant have been built in the entire township, equipped with modern processing equipment. The on-site processing capacity of fresh fruits has exceeded 7000 tons, and various products such as high-quality ripe beans, hanging ear coffee, coffee peel tea, etc. have been developed simultaneously, enriching the product matrix. By relying on live streaming e-commerce online to expand sales channels, offline layout of mountain specialty cafes, linkage with Zhanglang's millennium ancient village resources, creating coffee picking, mountain sightseeing, and ethnic study routes, and promoting the deep integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism development. At the same time, Xiding Township continues to improve the mechanism of agricultural cooperation, promote the "Party organization+cooperative+enterprise+farmer" model, implement the policy of guaranteed minimum purchase of fresh fruits, effectively resist market fluctuations and risks, and increase the average income of coffee farmers by 6600 yuan by 2025. Relying on industrial bases and processing workshops, we have provided 12000 nearby job opportunities and distributed over 3 million yuan in labor fees. Innovate the village enterprise feedback mechanism, with enterprises receiving a rebate of 40 yuan per ton of fresh fruit to strengthen the village collective economy. Currently, 38 village groups in 10 villages have achieved dividends, with a cumulative increase of more than 34000 yuan in income, achieving a win-win situation for enterprises, the masses, and the collective.
The fragrance of coffee permeates the mountains and fields, and the industry helps to revitalize. Next, Xiding Township will continue to cultivate the specialty coffee track, optimize the planting quality, extend the industrial chain, enrich the cultural and tourism industry, and provide affordable feedback to the people, so that the fragrance of high scoring coffee in the mountains can spread to a wider market, and continue to empower the high-quality development of border villages with a small red fruit.
