贵州安顺市西秀区东郊路的安顺市印刷厂厂区内游人如织，来自湖南长沙的游客陈梦琳边走边逛，厂区既能探寻老建筑承载的城市记忆，也能动手体验手作、品尝特色美食。“这里和普通商业街不一样，老厂房自带独特韵味。”陈梦琳说。

安顺市印刷厂始建于1989年，是当地工业发展的重要见证。斑驳红砖墙、老旧车间留存着一代代工人的奋斗印记。伴随产业迭代，多处厂房长期闲置。为了盘活这一工业遗产，安顺市引入企业进行改造。如今步入厂区，红砖墙、木质房梁、青灰旧瓦原汁原味保留，与咖啡馆、特色餐馆、手作工坊等新业态相融，成了文旅新地标。

持续走高的人气，吸引众多创业者入驻。目前，咖啡休闲、特色餐饮、文创手作等多元业态齐聚，厂区现有20余家特色商铺落地经营，曾经闲置的工业空间再度热闹起来。

老建筑留存工业记忆，新业态拓展消费空间。安顺市印刷厂在保留遗存的同时引入消费场景，让闲置厂房重新融入城市生活，成为市民游客休闲消费的新选择。

The Anshun Printing Factory on Dongjiao Road in Xixiu District, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, is bustling with visitors. Chen Menglin, a tourist from Changsha, Hunan Province, walks around while exploring the urban memories carried by old buildings, as well as experiencing handmade crafts and tasting specialty cuisine. This is different from ordinary commercial streets, the old factories have their own unique charm, "said Chen Menglin.

Anshun Printing Factory was founded in 1989 and is an important witness to the local industrial development. The mottled red brick walls and old workshops bear the marks of generations of workers' struggle. With the iteration of the industry, many factories have been idle for a long time. In order to revitalize this industrial heritage, Anshun City has introduced enterprises for renovation. Now entering the factory area, the red brick walls, wooden beams, and grey old tiles are preserved in their original colors, blending with new formats such as cafes, specialty restaurants, and handicraft workshops, becoming a new landmark in cultural tourism.

The continuously rising popularity has attracted numerous entrepreneurs to settle in. At present, a variety of business formats such as coffee leisure, specialty catering, and cultural and creative handicrafts are gathered, and more than 20 specialty shops have landed and operated in the factory area. The once idle industrial space has once again become lively.

Old buildings retain industrial memories, while new business models expand consumer space. Anshun Printing Factory has introduced consumer scenarios while preserving its remains, allowing idle factories to reintegrate into urban life and become a new choice for leisure consumption for citizens and tourists.
