该店所有咖啡饮品从研磨、萃取到制作、出杯全流程均由机器人执行，24小时不间断营业。开业当天，七鲜咖啡将开启24小时直播，并推出开业活动，进店顾客可免费领取机器人制作的咖啡饮品。

 七鲜咖啡通过AI大模型与具身智能，依托咖啡茶饮消费场景，以AI技术实现咖啡口味千人千味、赋能消费者日常生活，这也是京东持续建设全球最大物理世界运营中心的组成部分 。

据介绍，这是一家“无人咖啡店”，提供由机器人制作的咖啡、茶饮等多种类饮品，从接单、备料到制作全流程自动化。消费者通过自助点单系统下单后，店内智慧大屏将全程展示每一杯咖啡从落杯、落冰、现制到入柜的全过程。机器人标准化流程操作，确保所有咖啡品质稳定如一，且整个生产线无人工接触。门店同步配备具身智能机器人将咖啡放到自提柜中，实现“全自动化生产+具身机器人服务”的完整闭环。

在标准化出品基础上，七鲜咖啡还提供DIY定制体验。顾客下单前可自由调节甜度、咖啡浓度、果汁浓度等，且支持1%到100%的精细调节。DIY完成后，消费者还可以为咖啡命名并生成定制卡片分享。后续，七鲜咖啡还将根据口味偏好实现AI个性化推荐，可结合个人健康情况精准建议当日的咖啡因摄入量，提供更加科学、健康的饮品。

此外，七鲜咖啡该门店在全自动无人化特色外，最大亮点是24小时营业，全天候供给咖啡、茶饮、气泡水、益生菌果汁饮料。
