咖啡业态激活昆明百年老街The coffee industry activates Kunming's century old street

暑期以来，昆明市巡津街区成为市民游客休闲消费、感受城市文化的新去处。巡津街区位于昆明市西山区金碧街道。近年来，当地在保留老街历史风貌的基础上，通过微改造、精提升，盘活历史建筑和闲置空间，引入咖啡、餐饮、文创等新业态。随着一批特色咖啡馆相继落地，咖啡成为串联巡津街区历史文化与现代消费的新载体。目前，巡津街区已有50余家咖啡、餐饮、文创等特色商户，年营业收入达2000万元。随着新业态不断集聚，街区客流和商户营收持续增长。

Since the summer vacation, Xunjin District in Kunming has become a new destination for citizens and tourists to relax, consume, and experience urban culture. The Xunjin block is located in Jinbi Street, Xishan District, Kunming City. In recent years, while preserving the historical style of the old street, the local area has revitalized historical buildings and idle spaces through micro renovation and upgrading, introducing new formats such as coffee, catering, and cultural and creative industries. With a number of specialty cafes landing one after another, coffee has become a new carrier connecting the historical culture and modern consumption of the Xunjin district. At present, there are more than 50 specialty merchants such as coffee, catering, cultural and creative businesses in the Xunjin block, with an annual operating income of 20 million yuan. With the continuous aggregation of new business formats, the passenger flow and merchant revenue in the neighborhood continue to grow.
