当全国多地盛夏热浪持续、高温屡创极值之际，云南凭借得天独厚的清凉禀赋，成为今夏避暑旅居的热门目的地。春城晚报-开屏新闻推出“22℃之下的云南机遇”系列报道，解码清凉气候的成因，观察避暑经济的产业脉动，而一个个跨越山海奔赴而来的“候鸟”，正是这份清凉生产力最有温度的人文注脚。作为本次策划的重要组成部分，“候鸟入滇记”将笔触对准因清凉结缘、在云岭扎根的群体，以个体故事讲述气候与人生的双向奔赴，记录他们从匆匆避暑过客到深度扎根新居民的身份蜕变，在鲜活的烟火日常里，窥见清凉经济为云岭山乡注入的生长动能。

初秋，云南星云湖碧波荡漾。湖东岸的星云服务区里，生活着一家从北京迁徙而来的“候鸟”。三代人，年龄最小的是1988年出生的杜美泽，最大的是她83岁的外婆，中间还有美泽的爸爸、妈妈和小姨。他们开着房车跑了7年，走遍全国，最后停在了这里。原因说起来也简单——夏天不用开空调，日落美得挪不动腿，当地人没拿他们当外人。

服务区里的奶绿色房车

8月15日，星期六。记者沿呈元高速往元阳方向行驶，在星云服务区入库后往里走了大约一公里，看到了那辆奶绿色的房车。车被改装成了咖啡制作间，取名“公路咖啡”。

下午的服务区人来人往。遮阳伞下的休闲凳上，有人端着咖啡慢慢喝，有人围着咖啡车拍照录视频。这辆车停在服务区后，慢慢变成了一个“网红打卡点”。美泽养了7年的猫“大桔”也跟着出了名，熟客来了都顺手抱过去撸两把。

美泽的妈妈负责招呼客人，下单后用对讲机通知大家。美泽和爸爸做咖啡、果茶，小姨和妈妈做小吃，外婆负责撸猫、晒太阳，忙不过来的时候帮着送餐。

7年，走遍全国

美泽告诉记者，研究生毕业后，她在北京一家外企做英语教育内容开发。工资高，福利好，但压力也大，腰和腿经常疼。辞职前半年，她几乎天天跑医院，针灸、推拿轮着做。身体发出的信号让她开始想，是不是该换一种活法。2019年，她裸辞了。

“开始我妈也不能理解，觉得那么好的工作不要了，太可惜。”美泽说。

但就在那年年底，她妈买了家里的第一辆房车。

起初他们只在北京周边跑，后来去了新疆。一家人走走停停，遇到喜欢的地方就多待一阵子。美泽后来自己也买了一辆房车，刷成了奶绿色。两辆车有时一起出发，有时各走各的。7年时间，几乎全国各地都走遍了。

云南是他们特别喜欢的地方。有3个春节，都是在建水过的。

房车变成咖啡车，是因为2024年罗平的油菜花。当时美泽给几位朋友做了咖啡，朋友说：“你干脆一边玩一边卖算了。”就这么一句话，“公路咖啡”上路了。

走了，又回来了

2025年1月，美泽一家在抚仙湖环湖，返程时路过星云服务区，停下来歇脚。有人过来问能不能做几杯咖啡，他们就做了。服务区工作人员过来说按照规定不能在服务区售卖，但留了美泽的联系方式。

几天后，电话打过来——管理方想和他们合作，把咖啡业态引进来。

工作人员带美泽一家人去看了对面邻湖的服务区。“那天落日特别美。”美泽说着翻出手机照片，“那种感觉就是‘哇’，太漂亮了，感觉离湖很近，角度也好。”

他们决定多留一阵子。那会儿服务区设施还很简单，只有开水和厕所，美泽的停车点离入口差不多一公里，很少有车拐进来。一天卖三五杯，十杯算是多的。但日子过得自在，没事就去周边转转、逛逛集市，一晃5个月过去了。

夏天到了，一家人收齐行囊，去了内蒙古阿尔山泡冷泉。

人走了，微信没断。曾经来喝过咖啡的客人、服务区的工作人员，都来问：“还回来吗？”

他们决定：“十一过完就回来。”

11月，一家人重新回到了星云服务区。

服务区已经变了样——休息亭、遮阳伞、桌椅板凳都有了，超市也开了，旁边还留了一个10来平方米的档口。

回来后，他们在车里继续做咖啡，给过往的司机解乏。待了一阵子后，云南交投以及江川区的文旅、妇联、共青团等部门陆续给了不少支持。江川区文化和旅游局帮他们协调了很多具体事，还带着他们体验当地非遗、参观博物馆，让一家人更深入地了解了江川的文化。

美泽和父母的社交媒体粉丝不少，以前在其他地方停留，也常被邀请参加活动。但美泽说，在江川的感觉不一样——“像家人一样！”他们想长期留下来。

后来，美泽一家租下了超市旁边的档口，租期两年。菜单上多了炸鸡、薯条、三明治等20多种小吃，咖啡和果茶的品类也增加到了40多种。

开始是景留人，后来是人留人

“以前这里人很少，特别安静。”美泽说，“现在知道的人多了，来过的客人只要经过都会停一下，还会介绍别人来。人气慢慢上来了。”

现在平均每天能卖二三十杯咖啡，节假日人更多，日营业额能达到上千元。

她说这里风景好、环境好，人文和气候都不错，蔬菜水果也比北方好吃。

“以前我们会找海拔高的地方避暑，很多地方三十多度的时候，这边最高才二十七、八度。今年是我们第一次在云南过夏天，超级舒服，晚上不开空调，还得盖被子。”

星云服务区是他们7年行程中停留最久的地方，一家人也计划再待更长的时间。“开始是景留人，后来是人留人。”美泽一家说。

In early autumn, Yunnan Xingyun Lake is rippling with blue waves. In the Xingyun Service Area on the east bank of the lake, there lives a "migratory bird" that has migrated from Beijing. Three generations, the youngest is Du Meize, born in 1988, the oldest is her 83 year old grandmother, and there are Meize's father, mother, and aunt in between. They drove a motorhome for 7 years, traveled across the country, and finally stopped here. The reason is also simple - in summer, there is no need to turn on the air conditioning, the sunset is so beautiful that one cannot move their legs, and the locals do not treat them as outsiders.

Milk green RV in the service area

August 15th, Saturday. The reporter drove along the Chengyuan Expressway towards Yuanyang and after entering the Xingyun service area, walked about one kilometer and saw the milk green RV. The car was converted into a coffee making workshop and named 'Highway Coffee'.

The service area was bustling with people in the afternoon. On the leisure bench under the parasol, some people are slowly drinking coffee while others are taking photos and videos around the coffee cart. After parking in the service area, this car gradually became a "popular check-in spot". Meize's cat "Da Ju", which has been raised for 7 years, has also become famous. When regular customers come, they will easily take it over and give it a pat.

Meize's mother is responsible for greeting guests and notifying everyone through a walkie talkie after placing an order. Meize and her father make coffee and fruit tea, while her aunt and mother make snacks. Her grandmother is responsible for petting the cat and sunbathing, and helps deliver meals when she is too busy.

7 years, traveling across the country

Meize told reporters that after graduating from graduate school, she worked as an English education content developer at a foreign company in Beijing. High salary and good benefits, but also high pressure, often causing pain in the waist and legs. Half a year before her resignation, she went to the hospital almost every day, doing acupuncture and moxibustion and massage by turns. The signal from her body made her wonder if she should adopt a different way of living. In 2019, she resigned naked.

At first, my mom couldn't understand it either. She thought it was a pity to give up such a good job, "Meize said.

But at the end of that year, her mother bought the first RV at home.

At first, they only ran around Beijing, but later went to Xinjiang. As a family, stop and go, and when you encounter a place you like, stay for a while longer. Later, Meize also bought a motorhome and painted it in a milk green color. Sometimes two cars depart together, and sometimes they go their separate ways. In 7 years, I have traveled almost all over the country.

Yunnan is a place they particularly like. There are three Spring Festivals, all of which are celebrated in Jianshui.

The RV became a coffee truck because of the rapeseed flowers in Luoping in 2024. At that time, Meize made coffee for a few friends, and they said, "Why don't you just play and sell it at the same time?" With just one sentence, "Highway Coffee" hit the road.

Gone, came back again

In January 2025, the Meize family was surrounded by Fuxian Lake and stopped at the Xingyun Service Area on their way back to rest. Someone came over and asked if they could make a few cups of coffee, so they did. The service area staff came over and said that according to regulations, it is not allowed to sell in the service area, but they left Meize's contact information.

A few days later, a phone call came - the management wanted to collaborate with them and introduce the coffee industry.

The staff took the Meize family to see the service area across from the neighboring lake. The sunset was particularly beautiful that day, "Meize said as she pulled out a photo of her phone." That feeling was just 'wow', it was so beautiful. It felt very close to the lake and the angle was also good

They decided to stay for a while longer. At that time, the facilities in the service area were still very simple, with only boiling water and toilets. The parking spot in Meize was about one kilometer away from the entrance, and few cars turned in. Selling three to five cups a day, ten cups is considered a lot. But life was comfortable, and whenever I had free time, I would go around the area and stroll around the market. Five months had passed in a blink of an eye.

Summer has arrived, and the family packed their bags and went to Alshan, Inner Mongolia to soak in cold springs.

The person has left, but WeChat hasn't stopped. Customers who have come for coffee before and the staff in the service area all come to ask, "Are you coming back

They decided to come back after the National Day holiday

In November, the family returned to the Nebula Service Area.

The service area has changed - there are now rest pavilions, umbrellas, tables, chairs, and benches, supermarkets have also opened, and there is still a 10 square meter stall next to it.

After returning, they continued making coffee in the car to relieve the fatigue of passing drivers. After staying for a while, Yunnan Transportation and Investment Corporation, as well as cultural and tourism departments, women's federations, and the Communist Youth League in Jiangchuan District, provided a lot of support one after another. The Culture and Tourism Bureau of Jiangchuan District helped them coordinate many specific matters, and also took them to experience local intangible cultural heritage and visit museums, allowing the family to have a deeper understanding of Jiangchuan's culture.

Meize and her parents have a lot of social media followers, and they used to stay elsewhere and were often invited to participate in events. But Meize said that the feeling in Jiangchuan is different - 'like family!' They want to stay for a long time.

Later, the Meize family rented a stall next to the supermarket for two years. More than 20 snacks such as fried chicken, french fries, sandwiches, etc. have been added to the menu, and the categories of coffee and fruit tea have also increased to over 40.

Previously, there were very few people here and it was very quiet, "Meize said." Now that more people know about it, guests who have been here will stop and introduce others whenever they pass by. The popularity is gradually increasing

Nowadays, on average, we can sell 20-30 cups of coffee per day, with more people on holidays and a daily turnover of over a thousand yuan.

She said that the scenery and environment here are good, the culture and climate are also good, and the vegetables and fruits are better than those in the north.

In the past, we used to find high-altitude places to escape the heat. In many places, when it was over thirty degrees Celsius, the highest temperature here was only twenty-seven or eighteen degrees Celsius. This year is our first time spending summer in Yunnan, which is super comfortable. We don't have air conditioning at night and have to cover ourselves with blankets

The Nebula Service Area was their longest stay during their 7-year journey, and the family plans to stay even longer. At first, it was Jingliu people, and later it was Renliu people, "said the Meize family.
