咖啡飘香甬城 技能点亮未来Coffee Fragrance, Yongcheng Skills Illuminate the Future
8月24日下午，宁波举行了2026年宁波市咖啡师职业技能竞赛（群英赛）的颁奖典礼。来自政府主管部门、行业协会、获奖选手及企业的百余位嘉宾现场见证了这场咖啡盛会。
据悉，此次技能竞赛旨在壮大宁波咖啡高技能人才队伍，推动“浙产好食品·阿拉味道赞”产业持续升级。来自浙江上下咖啡烘焙有限公司的胡继仁凭借扎实的理论功底与精湛的实操技艺夺得一等奖；宁波海芽云舱农业科技有限公司竺璐凯、浙江恒屹供应链管理有限公司王浩分获二等奖；周璟然、庄琪、郑国斌邓三位选手获三等奖；马露雨、张燚等十位选手获得优胜奖。
仪式上，宁波市总工会、市人社局、市市场监管局相关领导为获奖选手颁发了荣誉证书、职业技能等级证书及单项奖。获奖选手代表纷纷表示，这场比赛不仅是对个人技能的检验，更是一个与同行切磋、向行业前辈学习的宝贵平台，未来将继续精进技艺，为宁波咖啡产业注入更多活力。
现场的“咖韵展示”上，咖啡师现场演示了虹吸壶咖啡制作技艺，极具宁波本地特色的风味咖啡也惊艳亮相。
同时，宁波市烘焙咖啡产业链联盟战略备忘录正式签署。缸鸭狗、家联、厨聚、康茂等企业代表在大屏幕上按下手印，标志着政策、研发、供应链与消费端资源的深度整合迈出关键一步。
“本次竞赛不仅选拔出了一批技术过硬的‘甬城咖啡匠人’，更展现了宁波咖啡产业从豆到杯、从设备到文旅的全产业链活力。我们会持续以‘嵌入式’服务为产业发展保驾护航，以品牌建设为引领，持续推动咖啡产业标准化、品牌化、集群化发展，力争在产业融合与共同富裕的道路上贡献更多‘咖’力量。”宁波市市场监管局相关负责人说。
宁波镇海区市场监管局向宁波市烘焙咖啡产业链联盟赠送了法规政策大礼包，礼包内含食品委托生产新规、知识产权政策、标准计量指南以及“入市第一课”的辅导材料等。爱趣咖啡科技（宁波）有限公司随后带来一堂微型公开课，现场分享AI技术如何赋能咖啡烘焙曲线优化。
On the afternoon of August 24th, the award ceremony for the 2026 Ningbo Barista Professional Skills Competition (Group Championship) was held in Ningbo. More than a hundred guests from government regulatory departments, industry associations, award-winning contestants, and enterprises witnessed this coffee event on site.
It is reported that this skills competition aims to strengthen the high skilled talent team of Ningbo coffee and promote the continuous upgrading of the "Zhejiang produced good food · Ala Flavor Zan" industry. Hu Jiren from Zhejiang Shangxia Coffee Baking Co., Ltd. won the first prize with his solid theoretical foundation and exquisite practical skills; Zhu Lukai from Ningbo Haiya Yuncang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. and Wang Hao from Zhejiang Hengyi Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. won the second prize respectively; Zhou Jingran, Zhuang Qi, Zheng Guobin, and Deng won the third prize; Ten contestants, including Ma Luyu and Zhang Yi, won the Excellence Award.
At the ceremony, relevant leaders from the Ningbo Federation of Trade Unions, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Municipal Market Supervision Bureau presented honorary certificates, vocational skill level certificates, and individual awards to the award-winning contestants. Representatives of award-winning contestants have expressed that this competition is not only a test of personal skills, but also a valuable platform for exchanging ideas with peers and learning from industry veterans. In the future, they will continue to improve their skills and inject more vitality into the coffee industry in Ningbo.
At the "Coffee Charm Exhibition" on site, the barista demonstrated the technique of making siphon pot coffee, and the local flavor coffee with Ningbo characteristics also made a stunning appearance.
At the same time, the strategic memorandum of the Ningbo Baking Coffee Industry Chain Alliance was officially signed. Representatives from companies such as Gangya Dog, Jialian, Chuju, and Kangmao pressed their fingerprints on the big screen, marking a crucial step in the deep integration of policies, research and development, supply chain, and consumer resources.
This competition not only selected a group of skilled 'Yongcheng Coffee Craftsmen', but also demonstrated the vitality of the entire industry chain of Ningbo's coffee industry from beans to cups, from equipment to cultural tourism. The Market Supervision Bureau of Zhenhai District, Ningbo has presented a regulatory and policy gift package to the Ningbo Baking Coffee Industry Chain Alliance, which includes new regulations on food entrusted production, intellectual property policies, standard measurement guidelines, and coaching materials for the "first lesson in market entry". Aiqu Coffee Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. subsequently brought a micro open class to share on site how AI technology empowers coffee roasting curve optimization.
