追觅咖啡回应闭店Chasing Coffee responds to store closure

界面新闻新闻注意到，近期追觅旗下咖啡品牌“DM CAFE”多家门店停止营业，个别店可看到消费者评论称5月已闭店，有消费者发文表示次卡还没用完。

8月27日，DM CAFE相关负责人向界面新闻作出回应，表示DM CAFE现阶段在整体战略规划与市场评估，对上海地区的门店布局进行了阶段性优化与调整，上海西岸梦中心首店仍正常运营中。近期DM CAFE在北京大兴机场的门店还在装修，预计10月开业，后续在上海还有其他几家新店的计划。

此外，针对次卡售后问题，DM CAFE表示：“对于消费者已购买的预付卡及未使用权益，品牌方高度重视并将妥善处理相关事宜。如有任何疑问，消费者可通过官方客服热线进行咨询，针对退款需求，品牌承诺在3个工作日内响应并启动处理流程。”

DM CAFE小程序显示，上海目前仅剩西岸梦中心店在营。据过往公开信息，DM CAFE创立于2023年6月，2025年6月开启加盟，2025年10月时全国门店数量约在200家左右。

小程序显示，目前DM CAFE全国在营门店约27家，覆盖浙江、江苏、辽宁、吉林、山东等10个省份及地区。

On August 27th, the person in charge of DM CAFE responded to Interface News, stating that DM CAFE is currently optimizing and adjusting its store layout in the Shanghai area through overall strategic planning and market evaluation. The first store of Shanghai West Bund Dream Center is still operating normally. Recently, DM CAFE's store at Beijing Daxing Airport is still under renovation and is expected to open in October. There are plans to open several other new stores in Shanghai in the future.

In addition, regarding the after-sales issues of secondary cards, DM CAFE stated, "The brand attaches great importance to the prepaid cards and unused rights that consumers have purchased and will handle relevant matters properly. If consumers have any questions, they can consult through the official customer service hotline. For refund requests, the brand promises to respond and initiate the processing process within 3 working days

The DM CAFE mini program shows that currently only the West Bund Dream Center store is in operation in Shanghai. According to past public information, DM CAFE was founded in June 2023 and will start franchising in June 2025. By October 2025, the number of stores nationwide will be around 200.

According to the mini program, there are currently about 27 DM CAFE stores in operation nationwide, covering 10 provinces and regions including Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Jilin, and Shandong.
