日本环境省一名不愿公开姓名的官员告诉法新社，环境省计划最早9月开始排查，首先摸排相关咖啡馆的数量、饲养宠物的种类等基本信息，继而检查相关门店是否遵守法律规定，包括场所清洁频次、动物活动空间是否充足等情况。
