咖啡“冲”出消费新活力Coffee brings new vitality to consumption

（来源：工人日报）在近日举行的2026年中国国际咖啡展上，全球20余个原产国展团与200余个品牌齐聚，冠军拉花展演与杯测体验吸引众多咖啡爱好者驻足。《2026中国城市咖啡发展报告》数据显示，2025年中国咖啡产业规模达3549亿元，同比增长13.3%；人均年消费量从2023年的16.74杯跃升至2025年的28.57杯，3年间增长70%。
