2026年中国国际咖啡展(Cafe Show China 2026)于8月28日至30日在中国国际展览中心(朝阳馆)2至5号馆举办。200余个全球精品咖啡与烘焙品牌、20余个咖啡原产国展团齐聚,从世界冠军拉花展演到人人可参与的杯测体验,从限量新机首秀到日本金泽、东京晴空塔脚下的名店风味——今年不止于“逛”,更是一场值得专程赴约的城市生活盛会。
追冠军:世界冠军现场展演
多位国际冠军和行业大咖亲临现场。世界咖啡师大赛冠军携自有品牌亮相,观众可品尝冠军级出品;世界拉花冠军带来多场展演,近距离观赏高难度实操,打卡还能领取限定周边。部分展位设置拉花互动,登台完成一杯作品即可参与有奖,高难度更有机会获得冠军同款器具。COE国际评委将分享卓越杯评审经历,虹吸壶大师现场表演经典工艺,研磨体验区可品鉴埃塞俄比亚瑰夏、哥伦比亚栎树庄园和巴拿马帕卡马拉等名贵豆款。

多款重磅设备在北京展首发。意大利名机品牌带来限量定制款首度公开,配色标识均可专属定制;国内新锐品牌展出尚未发售的新一代磨豆机和智能称重平台,现场随便摸试,消费可抽奖;全球首创测温拉花缸值得实操;AI智能烘焙机支持一键复制与云端曲线管理,观众可亲手试机品尝。意大利百年烘焙机、瑞士研磨机及多款实验机型同场展出,部分展位设冲煮赛,路过爱好者也有机会上场。八大主题吧台一站式呈现从豆子到设备的完整链条,意大利百年咖啡豆、糖浆冰淇淋、瑞典燕麦奶、半自动与全自动咖啡机悉数登场。

今年的国际化风味版图堪称“舌尖上的环球旅行”。日本阵容亮眼:源自静冈、以70年拖挂车改装烘焙工坊闻名的名店新开轻井泽店;坐落东京晴空塔脚下、主理人连续两年任COE评审的烘焙店带来获奖作品;从360度稻田咖啡馆走出的日本虹吸壶大赛评委店铺现场呈现;墨尔本修行归来的LaMarzocco冠军将社区咖啡文化带回金泽。东南亚方面,东盟冲煮联赛冠军作品与泰国获奖巧克力、Farm to Bar手工巧克力联合呈现。保加利亚品牌首次来华,带来巴拿马、埃塞俄比亚等稀有微批次,超四分之三来自COE获奖农场,含珍贵瑰夏品种。14个原产国驻华使馆及贸易局组织的国际展团集中亮相,可一站式比对产区风味;海南展团还将举办产业推介会。

今年最打动人的是——不再只是“看别人玩”。杯测区持续开放,观众可跟随闻干香、注水、闻湿香、破渣、捞渣、品鉴的专业流程,亲手评测不同产区咖啡豆;海南展团、墨西哥驻华使馆、萨尔瓦多驻华使馆等展位,将带来多场特色产区杯测品鉴活动。全国咖啡品鉴师大赛主打“谁都能上”,资深咖啡师或家庭手冲爱好者对风味有想法就能上擂台;世界调饮师大赛汇集25国选手同场竞技。展馆二层全新SODAS趣淘生活季汇聚文创、潮玩、DIY手作;展会IP“咖乐米”首推冰箱贴、盲盒等周边;5号馆新增烘焙专区,刚出炉面包甜点搭配咖啡。瑰夏咖啡巧克力、Bean to Bar精品可可、五次开酥蝴蝶酥、城市特调等限定美味同样不容错过。
