鲁网9月5日讯山东不产一粒咖啡豆，却在全球咖啡产业链站稳一席之地。从青岛港（HK6198）吞吐海外生豆，到邹平建成全球最大单体速溶咖啡生产基地；从国内近98%速溶咖啡产线源自山东装备，到成套设备远销多国、支撑全球一成速溶咖啡产能。不靠先天种植禀赋，山东凭借完备工业体系与持续技术创新，走出一条产业突围之路，是全省培育新质生产力的有益探索。

工业筑基，把物流流量转化为产业增量。产业发展，并非只能仰仗资源禀赋。山东拥有全部41个工业大类，机械加工、化工（850102）装备、自动控制等雄厚产业基础，为咖啡深加工装备研发制造筑牢根基。依托青岛港（HK6198）对外开放门户优势，海外咖啡生豆源源不断入鲁，“前港后厂”模式打通原料转运、精深加工的关键环节。邹平速溶咖啡项目落地投产，年产能折合50亿杯咖啡，实现进口、加工闭环。山东立足区位与工业优势，把港口的流通优势转化为实实在在的产业优势，在北方大地搭建起完整的咖啡产业生态。

创新破局，以国产装备抢占细分赛道竞争优势。核心装备是产业链的重要支撑。过去国内速溶咖啡生产高度依赖进口设备，成本高、周期（883436）长，制约行业发展。邹平企业攻坚克难，历经技术攻关实现装备国产替代。如今山东制造的成套生产线，不仅支撑国内大部分速溶咖啡产能，还出口越南、印尼、俄罗斯等国家。相比进口设备，国产装备性价比突出，大幅降低国内企业生产成本。企业并未止步于此，继续攻坚冷萃冻干、咖啡液等高附加值装备，向着工艺技术、整体解决方案服务商转型，以技术迭代掌握细分领域竞争优势。

链式延伸，推动产业向高附加值进阶。制造优势只是起点，贸、产、消协同发力，方能释放产业更大潜能。目前全省咖啡相关企业达1.15万家，上游贸易装备、中游精深加工、下游消费（883434）市场协同发展，济南专业采购平台辐射全省，多层次消费（883434）市场为产业提供广阔场景。同时也要清醒看到，山东加工制造实力强劲，但全国性本土咖啡品牌仍有待培育。立足全省产业布局，既要持续做强装备研发、工艺输出，也要补齐品牌培育、标准建设短板，推动产业从代工生产向价值输出升级。

From handling overseas raw beans at Qingdao Port (HK6198) to establishing the world's largest single unit instant coffee production base in Zouping; From nearly 98% of instant coffee production lines in China originating from Shandong equipment, to complete sets of equipment exported to multiple countries, supporting 10% of global instant coffee production capacity. Without relying on innate planting endowments, Shandong has embarked on a path of industrial breakthrough through a complete industrial system and continuous technological innovation, which is a beneficial exploration for cultivating new quality productivity in the province.

Building an industrial foundation and transforming logistics flow into industrial increment. Industrial development does not rely solely on resource endowments. Shandong has a strong industrial foundation in all 41 major categories, including mechanical processing, chemical equipment (850102), and automatic control, laying a solid foundation for the research and development of coffee deep processing equipment. Relying on the advantage of Qingdao Port (HK6198) opening up to the outside world, overseas coffee beans continue to flow into Shandong, and the "front port, back factory" model connects the key links of raw material transportation and deep processing. The Zouping instant coffee project has been put into operation, with an annual production capacity equivalent to 5 billion cups of coffee, achieving a closed loop of import and processing. Based on its location and industrial advantages, Shandong has transformed the port's circulation advantages into tangible industrial advantages, and built a complete coffee industry ecosystem on the northern land.

Innovate to break through the deadlock and seize the competitive advantage of segmented tracks with domestic equipment. Core equipment is an important support for the industrial chain. In the past, the production of instant coffee in China was highly dependent on imported equipment, with high costs and long cycles (883436), which constrained the development of the industry. Zouping Enterprise has overcome difficulties and achieved domestic substitution of equipment through technological breakthroughs. Nowadays, the complete production line manufactured in Shandong not only supports most of the domestic instant coffee production capacity, but also exports to countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and Russia. Compared to imported equipment, domestically produced equipment has outstanding cost-effectiveness, significantly reducing production costs for domestic enterprises. The enterprise has not stopped here, continuing to tackle high value-added equipment such as cold extraction and freeze-drying, coffee liquid, etc., transforming into a process technology and overall solution service provider, and mastering competitive advantages in segmented fields through technological iteration.

Chain extension promotes the advancement of industries towards high added value. Manufacturing advantages are just the starting point. Only by working together with trade, production, and consumption can we unleash greater potential in the industry. At present, there are 11500 coffee related enterprises in the province, and the upstream trade equipment, midstream deep processing, and downstream consumption (883434) markets are developing in synergy. The Jinan professional procurement platform radiates throughout the province, and the multi-level consumption (883434) market provides a broad scene for the industry. At the same time, we should also be aware that Shandong has strong processing and manufacturing capabilities, but there is still a need to cultivate national local coffee brands. Based on the industrial layout of the whole province, we need to not only continue to strengthen equipment research and development and process output, but also make up for the shortcomings in brand cultivation and standard construction, and promote the upgrading of the industry from OEM production to value output.

Resource endowment is a bonus, while practical innovation is the real strength. The "Lu" journey of a cup of coffee reflects the unique confidence of Shandong manufacturing. Not relying on natural resources, relying on industrial accumulation, technological breakthroughs, and chain collaboration, constantly opening up new industrial tracks. Continuously strengthening the advantages of segmented fields, supplementing and extending chains, will inject sustained development momentum into the development of new quality productivity in the province.
