先看安全与材质,这是“硬门槛”,也是底线。要认准ccc标识,这是产品进入市场的基本“身份证”。要关注产品材质,尤其是食品接触材料需过关。咖啡机内部管路、冲泡器、水箱等部件会长期接触热水与咖啡油脂。建议优先选购通过食品接触材料检测或认证的产品,或向客服索要相关检测报告,避免劣质材料析出有害物质。
再选“软指标”,五种机型,对号入座。目前家用咖啡机市场主流产品可归纳为五种。全自动意式机适合上班族、多人家庭和奶咖爱好者,集成研磨、自动压粉、萃取、自动排渣、打奶泡全自动(或手动)功能,出品稳定,部分机型可调浓度与杯量;研磨一体半自动机适合咖啡发烧友、拉花练习者,手动磨粉、压粉、打奶泡,口感可控;半自动意式机适合想入门又不想太麻烦的消费者,直接使用咖啡粉,省去研磨环节,但比全自动多一分动手乐趣;胶囊机适合单人饮用、极简主义者,零清洁负担、体积小巧,但长期耗材成本较高;滴漏式机适合只喝黑咖、喜欢清淡口感的消费者,操作零门槛,价格亲民。消费者可根据动手意愿、饮用人数、口味偏好对号入座。
聚焦四维度,看懂咖啡机“内功”。以市场占比最高的意式咖啡机为例,消费者可重点关注以下四项指标,向客服或电商索要检测报告或说明。噪声方面,根据gb/t 46503—2025《家用和类似用途咖啡机》标准规定,带研磨功能的机器,噪声应≤80 db(a),不带研磨功能的机器,噪声应≤65 db(a)。奶泡方面,具备蒸汽打奶泡功能的机型,奶泡含水率应≤15%。含水率越低,奶泡越绵密、持久,拉花效果越好。萃取品质方面,对于意式浓缩咖啡来说,推荐萃取率在18%至22%,咖啡浓度在8%至12%,萃取温度约92摄氏度,时间控制在25秒至30秒。连续制杯能力方面,新机器预热稳定后,应能连续出品5杯以上且品质无明显下降。需要注意的是,双锅炉机型萃取与蒸汽系统独立,制作奶咖时无需等待锅炉升温,连续出杯更稳定;单锅炉机型更适合单杯或间歇制作。
