  随着“五一”小长假结束,2026广州咖啡文化季也在最后一批“咖友”的不舍中即将落幕。这场全城瞩目的咖啡盛会,集结了13个国家、43个城市的咖啡品牌,设230余个展位,不少品牌开幕首日便宣告货品售罄,全程加急补货。黄埔区携KEYSTONE咖啡、知味·莲咖啡、千湃咖啡等本土品牌集体亮相,在这场全城咖啡盛宴中交出亮眼成绩单,让不少人重新认识了这座工业大区的消费潜力。

  假期尾声客流不降 黄埔咖啡展区热度持续走高

  在“五一”小长假尾声,咖啡文化季的现场热度却丝毫未退,各个展位前都排着等候的长队,醇厚的咖啡香混着热闹的人声,填满了整个活动现场。

  对于KEYSTONE咖啡的咖啡师梁女士来说,过去五天是她从业以来最忙的一段时间。从上午11点开摊到晚上9点收摊,她和几个同事几乎没离开过咖啡机,连喝口水的工夫都得轮着来。其中,展位上的“暴富拿铁”和开心果拿铁是绝对的爆款,用可食用燕麦杯装着,颜值高又讨喜,走进展位发现这两款已经挂着“已售罄”的牌子。梁女士说,卖断货是常有的事,平均每天能卖出130杯,排队最长要等快30分钟。更让团队意外的是,来的客人大多是社交平台上的“自来水”,被小红书、抖音上的分享吸引,专门找过来打卡。

  同样收获满满的还有黄埔展区的千湃咖啡。现场负责人说,这次他们带了4种不同品种的咖啡豆,一共20包,目前已全部卖完了。据悉,这家品牌从传统豆子的被动贸易起家,靠着多年积累的上下游资源,如今已经有了自己的原料产地和烘焙厂,业务也从产品研发一路拓展到咖啡沙龙、培训,还有考证服务,一条完整的链条都握在自己手里。

  在千湃咖啡展位前,等着取餐的王女士点了一杯SOE系列的美式,她说自己是专门冲着豆子来的,“我比较看重特调和豆子,平时就爱喝美式,尝了之后也觉得挺符合预期的。”喝完临走,她还特地打听了一下门店地址,说改天要再去店里坐坐。

  与千湃咖啡相似,知味·莲咖啡除了卖咖啡,也卖咖啡豆。“现场可以试喝,有很多咖啡爱好者试才买回去。”现场负责人钟妙玲介绍,这款“大局为重”咖啡豆十分畅销。

  除了咖啡,现场还有不少来自黄埔的烘焙、冰淇淋、咖啡机品牌的展位,人气同样很高。主营蛋糕业务的H Patisserie法式烘焙蛋糕展位前就没断过人,排队的长龙几乎从早排到晚。特展17号位的小武兔也是一家从黄埔走出来的品牌,于2021年创立,主打冰淇淋和文创产品,虽然是年轻品牌,但已经在广州塔、K11这些热门商圈开出了门店。这次受邀参加咖啡季,摊位前一直围满了人,“销售额非常可观,5天共售出1000余杯”工作人员笑着说。

  展位前的火热,只是黄埔咖啡实力的“前台”。支撑这五天热闹的,是一条从种植、烘焙、设备到人才培养的完整产业链。

  在展会期间,多家黄埔企业与行业伙伴达成合作意向。技诺智能的智能咖啡机成为不少专业观众关注的焦点,这家扎根黄埔的企业,产品已远销全球110多个国家和地区。“很多人喝到我们的咖啡机做出来的饮品,才意识到黄埔不仅有工厂,还有技术。”现场工作人员说。

  更让人期待的是,这场咖啡的热度,并不会随着展会的结束而散去。5月至7月,黄埔区将接力推出更为丰富的咖啡主题活动。届时,长洲岛的“红百合咖谷”将开放咖啡种植研学,市民可以亲手采摘咖啡果、了解从种子到杯子的全过程;岭头咖啡示范园里,“茶咖共生”的生态景观正值最佳观赏期,适合亲子打卡;咖襄烘焙学院将举办面向市民的杯测体验课;知味·莲咖啡、KEYSTONE咖啡等品牌门店也将推出限定特调和主题市集。(文 林文慧)
