在保山市隆阳区芒宽彝族傣族乡，一家“路边咖啡馆”凭借喷枪煮咖啡的独特手艺和仪式感，自去年起持续吸引游客。经营者李金合分析，吸引力的核心在于“视觉冲击力强，适合互联网传播”的服务体验。这种从单纯售卖产品到提供体验服务的转变，已成为当地咖啡产业的普遍趋势。例如，新寨村贡江咖啡庄园在咖啡树未到盛果期时，便通过提供漫步、俯瞰峡谷、亲手种植等体验项目实现营收。

产业转型：从受制价格波动到发力精品化

过去，保山咖农多种植受国际期货价格影响大的商品豆，价格低迷时收益甚微。为减少国际市场价格波动影响，保山推动产业向精品化、特色化发展。关键举措在于改变种植采摘习惯，例如引导咖农对精品咖啡豆进行单颗采摘，并通过组织培训、让咖农亲身体验品质差异等方式，提升种植标准。在“十四五”时期，保山咖啡精品率从10%提升至75%，精深加工率从30%提升至90%。

保山通过强化全链条服务，推动咖啡一二三产业融合。具体支撑包括：

1. 完善基础设施与业态：相关部门引导合规经营，增设停车场、公厕等设施，并带动周边农户完善烧烤、冷饮等配套业态。

2. 强化物流与电商支撑：2024年至2025年产季，咖啡寄递业务突破1000万件，电商平台销售额近6亿元。

3. 创新金融保险服务：金融机构推出“咖啡贷”“价格保险”等产品，累计发放贷款6.5亿元，提供保险项目资金8023万元。

4. 提升农事服务水平：从人工割草保品质到提供无人机（885564）飞防、标准化种植等技术服务，为精品咖啡生产提供保障。

According to Li Jinhe, the operator, the core of attraction lies in the service experience of "strong visual impact, suitable for Internet communication". This shift from simply selling products to providing experiential services has become a common trend in the local coffee industry. For example, Gongjiang Coffee Plantation in Xinzhai Village generates revenue by providing experiential projects such as strolling, overlooking canyons, and hands-on planting before the coffee trees reach their peak fruiting season.

Industrial Transformation: From Being Constrained by Price Fluctuations to Striving for High Quality Products

In the past, Baoshan coffee farmers planted various commodity beans that were greatly affected by international futures prices, and their returns were minimal when prices were low. To reduce the impact of price fluctuations in the international market, Baoshan promotes the development of industries towards high-quality and distinctive products. The key measure is to change the planting and picking habits, such as guiding coffee farmers to single pick premium coffee beans, and improving planting standards through organizing training and allowing coffee farmers to personally experience quality differences. During the 14th Five Year Plan period, the premium rate of Baoshan coffee increased from 10% to 75%, and the deep processing rate increased from 30% to 90%.

Full chain services support high-quality development of industries

Baoshan promotes the integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary coffee industries by strengthening full chain services. Specific support includes:

1. Improve infrastructure and business models: Relevant departments guide compliant operations, add parking lots, public toilets and other facilities, and drive surrounding farmers to improve supporting business models such as barbecue and cold drinks.
