起始于咖啡,但绝不止咖啡。咖啡可以和什么搭?或许,5月15日开市的2026年虹桥国际咖啡文化节主题市集“美味礼赞·咖啡潮点市集”可以找到答案。

这次市集是四届虹桥国际咖啡文化节以来的首个咖啡市集,持续至5月17日,每日10:00—21:00,集结咖啡、美食、文创、公益艺术等60余个特色摊位,在诺亚财富广场的绿地上一字排开,烟火气十足。

记者在活动现场,被一位市民手里拿着的特调吸引,一旁的干冰缭绕、仙气十足。这便是来自江苏常州的“纬度效应”(Latitude Coffee)。
老板娘向记者介绍原创特调咖啡“星期八的清晨”,冷萃的茅山青峰绿茶、埃塞俄比亚水洗咖啡基底,搭配杜松子风味液,再辅以山茶花饼干烟雾点缀。
“这款特调的创意源自山间晨跑的惬意,就是想把逃离忙碌、独享松弛的感觉,传递给每一位咖啡爱好者。”她说,十分看好上海咖啡消费市场,目前已启动市场调研,有计划试水落地门店、开拓上海市场。

刚入驻虹桥龙湖天街、从成都走红的枫蓝咖啡,也主动亮相本次市集,带来品牌爆款开心果拿铁。
“你尝过用盖碗喝咖啡吗?”店员热情推介,将地道川派咖啡风味带到商务区,以中式传统盖碗为容器,搭配川味特色辣椒、花椒,独特的味蕾碰撞让人印象深刻。


这里更多的是带有鲜明个人或地域印记的独立品牌。例如来自云南保山的“比顿咖啡”,带来的不仅是高原豆的醇厚,还有产地直溯的故事;专注传统手冲的“圣迪咖啡”,操作台前围着不少静心观摩的爱好者;“囍咖”的创意特调,名字和风味都透着主理人的巧思。

开市首日也迎来了不少特别的客人。数字游民carstal和monica momo说自己在虹桥机场落地后的路上看到了虹桥国际咖啡文化节的广告就彼此约好今天一起来体验。“这里就像一场派对,有很多跨界融合的体验,更让人觉得有生活气息。”

市集主办方啡竞界(上海)文化有限公司相关负责人表示,依托多年主办中国咖啡杯测大赛的经验,本次市集重点展现中国精品咖啡的多元生态。

“市集的核心是咖啡,但咖啡在这里,不是唱独角戏。”虹桥国际咖啡文化节组委会办公室主任、新虹街道党工委副书记周行君介绍,三年以来,虹桥国际咖啡文化节始终以“咖啡+万物”为核心理念。
“今年,我们采取‘市场+公益’的方式,由社会主体自筹自办咖啡文化节主题市集,最大限度让这场盛宴成为共创的盛宴。”

Maple Blue Coffee, which has just settled in Hongqiao Longhu Tianjie and gained popularity from Chengdu, also took the initiative to appear in this market, bringing the brand's popular pistachio latte.
