勐海：红果映初心 咖啡助振兴Menghai: Red Fruit Reflecting Original Heart Coffee Helps Revitalize

　　盛夏时节，漫步西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县西定乡山间，漫山咖啡树郁郁葱葱，洁白咖啡花繁星点点、清香四溢。咖林下，村民们忙着除草、追肥、修枝管护，为即将挂果的咖啡树做足准备。近年来，西定乡立足山区生态资源优势，将咖啡产业作为富民强乡的支柱产业，全链条推进产业提质增效，让小小咖啡果成为助力乡村振兴、带动群众增收的“红果果”。

　　西定乡海拔1200米至1800米，昼夜温差大、生态环境优良，本是种植优质小粒咖啡的黄金区域，可为何过去群众守着“金土地”却过着穷日子？原来，受缺乏统一规划、技术薄弱、产业链残缺等因素制约，当地咖啡种植零散粗放、产业发展“散小弱”，好资源没能转化为好收益，咖啡产业始终没能形成气候。

　　如何打破这一困境，让咖啡果真正成为“致富果”？2022年以来，西定乡给出了答案。乡里精准把握自身资源禀赋，将咖啡产业定为“一乡一特”主导特色产业，创新推行“党组织引导+企业带动+合作社组织+农户种植”利益联结机制，以党建引领破局产业发展难题。村党组织主动牵头对接龙头企业，党员干部、致富带头人带头种植，化身“产业指导员”，深入田间地头推广优良品种、传授科学种植技术，手把手解决群众种植难题，带动群众抱团发展。同时，通过整合零散土地，推动咖啡种植从零散粗放向规模化、标准化转型，让咖啡产业实现了跨越式发展。

　　如今，西定乡的咖啡产业已初具规模，但如何让小咖啡释放大价值，推动产业持续提质增效？乡党委将目光放在了延链补链和品牌赋能上。为完善产业配套，西定乡累计投入资金1274万元，建设4座标准化咖啡加工厂，配齐加工、仓储、销售一体化设施，实现咖啡鲜果就地加工、就地转化，大幅提升产品附加值。与此同时，乡里全力推进品牌建设，加快绿色食品认证申报，扶持成立咖啡产业协会，不断擦亮“西定咖啡”特色产业名片，让深山里的好咖啡走出大山、走向更广阔的市场。

　　产业发展的最终目的，是让群众共享发展成果，西定乡的咖啡产业，如何真正带动群众增收致富？答案就藏在每一个就业岗位、每一份增收喜悦里。咖啡产业的蓬勃发展，不仅盘活了乡村闲置土地资源，更打通了群众就近增收致富的渠道。乡里精准开设咖啡种植、采摘加工等“订单式”技能培训班，提升群众务工技能，常年吸纳大批本地群众就近就业，岗位覆盖田间管护、鲜果采摘、加工分拣全产业链，务工群众年均收入超3万元，真正实现了群众在家门口就业、增收顾家两不误。

　　“以前要跑到外地打工，老人孩子照顾不到。现在在家门口上班，既能挣钱又能顾家，日子越过越有奔头。”说起产业带来的变化，当地村民玉坎香满脸欣慰。从零散种植到全链发展，从粗放经营到品牌引领，西定乡依托小小咖啡果，把好山好水变成增收好产业，真正实现了生态好与百姓富的良性循环，用实际行动践行初心，以产业发展助力乡村振兴。

In the midst of summer, strolling through the mountains of Xiding Township, Menghai County, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, one can find lush coffee trees and sparkling white coffee flowers, exuding a fragrant aroma. Under the coffee forest, villagers are busy weeding, fertilizing, pruning, and caring for the coffee trees that are about to bear fruit. In recent years, based on the advantages of ecological resources in mountainous areas, Xiding Township has made the coffee industry a pillar industry for enriching the people and strengthening the township. The entire chain has promoted the improvement of industry quality and efficiency, making small coffee fruits a "red fruit" that helps rural revitalization and drives people's income growth.

Xiding Township has an altitude of 1200 to 1800 meters, with a large temperature difference between day and night and excellent ecological environment. It was originally a golden area for planting high-quality small grain coffee, but why did the people in the past live in poverty while guarding the "golden land"? Originally, due to factors such as lack of unified planning, weak technology, and incomplete industrial chain, local coffee cultivation was scattered and extensive, and the industry development was weak and scattered. Good resources were not converted into good returns, and the coffee industry never formed a climate.

How to break through this dilemma and make coffee fruit truly a "fruit of wealth"? Since 2022, Xiding Township has provided the answer. The township accurately grasps its own resource endowment, designates the coffee industry as the leading characteristic industry of "one township, one specialty", innovatively implements the interest linkage mechanism of "party organization guidance+enterprise drive+cooperative organization+farmer planting", and uses party building to lead the breakthrough of industrial development problems. The village party organization takes the initiative to connect with leading enterprises, while party members and cadres, as well as leading figures in wealth creation, take the lead in planting and become "industry instructors". They go deep into the fields to promote excellent varieties, teach scientific planting techniques, solve the planting problems of the masses hand in hand, and promote the development of the masses. At the same time, by integrating scattered land and promoting the transformation of coffee cultivation from scattered and extensive to large-scale and standardized, the coffee industry has achieved leapfrog development.

Nowadays, the coffee industry in Xiding Township has begun to take shape, but how can we maximize the value of small coffee and promote the continuous improvement and efficiency of the industry? The township party committee has focused on extending and supplementing the supply chain, as well as brand empowerment. In order to improve industrial supporting facilities, Xiding Township has invested a total of 12.74 million yuan to build four standardized coffee processing plants, equipped with integrated facilities for processing, warehousing, and sales, achieving on-site processing and conversion of fresh coffee fruits, and significantly increasing product added value. At the same time, the township is making every effort to promote brand building, accelerate the application for green food certification, support the establishment of a coffee industry association, and continuously polish the "Xiding Coffee" characteristic industry business card, allowing good coffee from deep mountains to step out of the mountains and enter a broader market.

The ultimate goal of industrial development is to enable the masses to share the fruits of development. How can the coffee industry in Xiding Township truly drive the masses to increase their income and become prosperous? The answer lies in every job position and every joy of increasing income. The booming development of the coffee industry has not only revitalized idle land resources in rural areas, but also opened up channels for people to increase their income and become prosperous nearby. The township has set up precise "order based" skill training courses for coffee planting, picking and processing, to enhance the working skills of the masses. It has attracted a large number of local people to work nearby all year round, covering the entire industry chain of field management, fresh fruit picking, processing and sorting. The average annual income of migrant workers exceeds 30000 yuan, truly realizing the dual benefits of employment and income growth for the masses at their doorstep.

In the past, I had to go to other places to work and couldn't take care of the elderly and children. Now, working at my doorstep allows me to earn money and take care of my family, and my life is becoming more and more promising. "Speaking of the changes brought about by the industry, local villager Yukanxiang's face is full of satisfaction. From scattered planting to full chain development, from extensive management to brand leadership, Xiding Township relies on small coffee fruits to turn good mountains and waters into a good industry for increasing income, truly realizing a virtuous cycle of ecological goodness and people's wealth.
