普洱市:云南咖啡核心产区之一,2024年咖啡产业综合产值达85.08亿元,种植面积和产量常年位居全省前列,是“中国咖啡之都”,拥有众多咖啡加工企业和精品庄园,主打高品质阿拉比卡咖啡。
保山市:被誉为“中国小粒咖啡之乡”,产业优势突出,2024年综合产值达90亿元,咖啡精深加工率、精品率,以及省级龙头企业、精品咖啡庄园数量均居全省第一,潞江坝是保山咖啡的核心种植区,盛产铁皮卡、卡蒂姆等品种。
临沧市:新兴的咖啡主产区,种植面积快速扩大,集中在耿马、沧源、永德等县,依托高海拔(1000-1800米)优势,咖啡风味偏清爽,带有花果香,近年来精品咖啡发展迅速。
德宏傣族景颇族自治州:咖啡种植历史悠久,主要分布在芒市、瑞丽、陇川,以小粒阿拉比卡为主,得益于热带季风气候,咖啡豆成熟度高,口感醇厚,部分区域还保留有老品种咖啡林。
西双版纳傣族自治州:低海拔(800-1200米)咖啡产区代表,热量充足,咖啡豆生长周期短,风味浓郁,近年引入瑰夏等优质品种,在精品咖啡领域表现亮眼,云澜庄园等是当地知名咖啡庄园。
