5月19日,由贵旅集团与锦江丽笙酒店共同举办的“锦江丽笙酒店×贵旅集团咖啡文化联动活动”在上海新锦江大酒店举行。
澎湃新闻(www.thepaper.cn)在现场了解到,此次活动旨在以咖啡为纽带,将贵州本土优质品牌与特色产品推向上海,搭建起沪黔文旅交流、资源互补的桥梁,让上海市民足不出“沪”品味黔地风味。
贵旅集团党委委员、副总经理杨堃表示,贵旅与锦江的合作绝不是简单的“1+1”式堆砌,而是借助双方的会员体系、在地文化的挖掘能力,打造一个“可品尝的文旅目的地”,让上海游客循着咖啡香走进贵州,感受23℃的夏日清凉。

在此次活动现场,贵州三大本土特色咖啡茶饮品牌“财神咖啡”“花漫川”“抹山序”集中亮相,它们将贵州传统民俗文化、在地食材等创新融合,实现跨界碰撞。
上海新锦江大酒店将与这三大品牌联袂推出限定联名套餐,把贵州特色咖啡与非遗上海酥饼等经典海派点心巧妙搭配,在“一口海派、一口黔地”的味觉碰撞中,感受跨越千里的风味交融。
“如今,咖啡不仅是一份单纯的饮品,更是认识一座城市的载体。”贵州风景旅游发展有限公司副总经理赵继娜表示,贵州咖啡以山野场景、在地风味、民族文化为特色,区别于都市快消咖啡,更注重松弛感与文旅体验的结合,向品鉴者传递着贵州旅居的“漫生活”。

此外,现场还发布了“啡常之旅贵州路线”、“摩登咖隅海派之旅”精品文旅路线,串联了贵州各地网红咖啡馆、精品烘焙工坊及少数民族村寨咖啡体验点,涵盖马岭河峡谷、万峰林、花江峡谷大桥、黄果树瀑布等核心文旅资源。
锦江国际集团副总裁周维表示,希望以酒店为展示窗口和体验入口,以旅游为渠道,把目的地资源转化为更具象的旅行体验,通过咖啡为媒,串联两地文旅风情,让贵州的风味与故事走进更多消费者的日常体验,助力沪黔文商旅融合发展。
