位于普洱市思茅区南屏镇南岛河村的云南耘达咖啡有限公司,在当地建设了一个占地7亩的国内领先的现代化标准厂房,据公司负责人史斌介绍,这条耗资近七百万元打造的自动化咖啡生豆初加工生产线及精选生产线,日加工咖啡豆可达150吨。

据了解,正在作业的是为苏州金猫咖啡有限公司生产的一级咖啡豆,从咖农手中收购的鲜果经过冲洗、晾晒后,被送往这里,在这里经过去壳、筛选,分装后交由货车司机运往苏州。此时,在厂房外,史斌从运满满平台上预约了一辆17.5米的大卡车已经提前到达,正在排队等候装车。货车司机杨师傅是一名85后,进入货运行业已经有20多个年头,常年往返于云南和长三角之间。

杨师傅表示,这一次是今年第四次从普洱运输咖啡豆,2024年全年,他七次往返,将云南的咖啡豆运往长三角地区。运满满平台数据显示,云南咖啡出滇的热门运输线路排名第一的是普洱到苏州。

2022年,为了更接近咖啡源产地,史斌将昆明的咖啡贸易公司搬迁至普洱,成立耘达咖啡,主要从事咖啡初加工及精选、咖啡生豆进出口贸易。在当地投产首屈一指的自动化生产设备,让年销售规模达到1500吨。

史斌介绍,咖啡豆初加工实现了自动化取代人工,在物流运输方面,也发生了翻天覆地的变化。云南地区山高路远、交通不便,以往传统物流模式下,咖啡豆运输需多次中转,导致运输时间长、易受潮或损坏,制约着咖啡豆的销售。

据史斌回忆,20多年前,物流运输资源非常稀缺,很多地区都是使用拖机机运输咖啡豆。当时的交易量一次才两三吨,需要等待物流公司车辆上门提货,诸多不确定性,时效还慢。

2015年,通过同行介绍,史斌开始使用运满满平台找车发货,刚开始也担心线上交易会存在风险,随着一笔笔订单的按时交付,史斌感受到了运满满平台的“靠谱”。

According to the company's person in charge, Shi Bin, this automated coffee bean initial processing and selection production line, which cost nearly 7 million yuan to build, can process up to 150 tons of coffee beans per day.

It is reported that the first grade coffee beans being produced for Suzhou Jinmao Coffee Co., Ltd. are fresh fruits purchased from coffee farmers, washed and dried, and then sent here for shelling, screening, packaging, and delivery to Suzhou by truck drivers. At this moment, outside the factory, Shi Bin had booked a 17.5-meter truck from the Yunman platform and had already arrived early, waiting in line for loading. Mr. Yang, a truck driver born in 1985, has been in the freight industry for more than 20 years and travels between Yunnan and the Yangtze River Delta all year round.

In 2022, Master Yang met shipper Shi Bin through the Yunmanman platform. Master Yang stated that this is the fourth time this year that coffee beans have been transported from Pu'er. At that time, the transaction volume was only two or three tons at a time, and it was necessary to wait for logistics company vehicles to pick up the goods at home, with many uncertainties and slow delivery times.

In 2015, through the introduction of peers, Shi Bin began using the Yunmanman platform to find cars and ship goods. At first, he was also worried about the risks of online transactions. As orders were delivered on time, Shi Bin felt the "reliability" of the Yunmanman platform.

According to public information from the Yunnan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the core coffee bean production areas in Yunnan are mainly Pu'er, Baoshan, Lincang, Dehong, Xishuangbanna, and other places. Data shows that by 2024, the planting area of Pu'er coffee will reach 679000 mu, with a yield of 58000 tons.
