初夏时节,玉龙雪山下咖香氤氲。5月21日上午,第二届丽江玉龙雪山咖啡活动周在云南省丽江市玉龙县白沙古镇启幕,本届活动以“一杯咖啡看雪山”为主题,采取全域多点联动的形式,通过深化“咖啡+文旅+非遗”的跨界融合,致力于打造沉浸式、全景式的文旅融合新体验。
开幕现场,全新打造的白沙咖啡博物馆正式亮相,该馆聚合了精品展销、非遗传承与研学教育等多元功能;同时,玉龙县咖啡协会正式揭牌成立,并举行了PCA专业咖啡竞技体系授权仪式,为当地培育专业咖啡人才、推动产业规范化发展夯实基础。在产品入驻环节,普洱、保山、临沧、怒江、德宏、西双版纳等云南六大咖啡产区的优质产品,以及数十个丽江本土特色非遗、农产品品牌集体入驻,搭建起产销对接与品牌推广的常态化平台。
除白沙古镇主会场外,本届活动周还联动丽江三义国际机场、丽江高铁站、丽江现代花卉产业园及泸沽湖景区设立多处分会场。各分会场结合地域特色推出了差异化体验项目,如现代花卉产业园推出“花海咖啡之旅”,将可食用鲜花与云南小粒咖啡相融合;泸沽湖分会场则围绕“摩梭文化+咖啡”特色业态,开展非遗纺织体验与民俗互动。活动期间,当地还将聚焦全产业链开展精准招商,重点推介文笔海康体养生度假、拉市海暗夜星空国际旅游目的地、金沙江三大码头以及宝山石头城旅游综合开发等优质文旅融合项目。
作为由文旅大市向沉浸式文旅体验目的地转型的尝试,雪山脚下的咖啡业态正成为丽江文旅融合的新赛道。目前,玉龙县已有400余家咖啡经营主体,仅白沙古镇就聚集了130余家。

数据显示,自首届咖啡活动周举办以来,当地持续深化“一杯咖啡看雪山”文旅新IP,直接带动咖啡消费提升10%至30%,年销售额突破4亿元,促进就业2300余人,逐步构建起“三产带二产促一产”的全产业链条。2025年,全县全域接待游客2814.25万人次,实现旅游总花费210.38亿元,高品质的咖啡慢生活正不断转化为地方经济发展与乡村振兴的强劲新引擎。(工人日报客户端记者 赵黎浩)

At the opening ceremony, the newly built Baisha Coffee Museum was officially unveiled, which integrates multiple functions such as boutique exhibition and sales, intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and educational research; At the same time, the Yulong County Coffee Association was officially unveiled and established, and a PCA professional coffee competition system authorization ceremony was held, laying a solid foundation for cultivating professional coffee talents and promoting the standardized development of the industry in the local area. In the product entry process, high-quality products from six major coffee producing areas in Yunnan, including Pu'er, Baoshan, Lincang, Nujiang, Dehong, and Xishuangbanna, as well as dozens of local characteristic intangible cultural heritage and agricultural product brands from Lijiang, have collectively settled in, building a normalized platform for production and sales docking and brand promotion.

In addition to the main venue of Baisha Ancient Town, this event week also collaborates with Lijiang Sanyi International Airport, Lijiang High speed Railway Station, Lijiang Modern Flower Industry Park, and Lugu Lake Scenic Area to set up multiple sub venues. Each sub venue has launched differentiated experience projects based on regional characteristics, such as the "Flower Sea Coffee Tour" launched by the Modern Flower Industry Park, which combines edible flowers with Yunnan small grain coffee; The Lugu Lake sub venue focuses on the characteristic business of "Mosuo Culture+Coffee" and carries out intangible cultural heritage textile experience and folk interaction. During the event, the local government will also focus on precise investment promotion throughout the entire industry chain, with a particular emphasis on promoting high-quality cultural and tourism integration projects such as Wenbi Hai Health Resort, Lashi Hai Dark Night Starry Sky International Tourism Destination, Jinsha River's three major docks, and Baoshan Stone City Tourism Comprehensive Development.

As an attempt to transform from a cultural and tourism city to an immersive cultural and tourism experience destination, the coffee industry at the foot of the snow capped mountains is becoming a new track for the integration of culture and tourism in Lijiang. At present, there are more than 400 coffee business entities in Yulong County, with over 130 gathered in Baisha Ancient Town alone.

Data shows that since the first Coffee Week, the local area has continued to deepen the new cultural and tourism IP of "a cup of coffee to see snow capped mountains", directly driving a 10% to 30% increase in coffee consumption, with annual sales exceeding 400 million yuan, promoting employment for more than 2300 people, and gradually building a full industry chain of "tertiary industry belt and secondary industry promoting primary industry". By 2025, the entire county will receive 28.1425 million tourists and achieve a total tourism expenditure of 21.038 billion yuan.
