“一杯咖啡看雪山”,这句极具画面感的口号在咖啡周现场成为了现实。来自赞比亚的留学生阿纳托利(Anatoli)手里端着一杯刚冲煮好的云南咖啡,在白沙古镇的喧闹市集里由衷赞叹:“云南咖啡的味道确实不错,我们那边也量产咖啡,但我从这杯咖啡里喝出了我们非洲高品质咖啡的风味。”

不仅是传统产区的游客被征服,来自瑞士的游客朱莉娅·古什钦娜(Julia Gushchina)和澳大利亚游客索菲亚(Sophia)也对云南咖啡的口感赞不绝口。“它口感柔和、非常顺滑,品质真的非常棒,像个童话故事一样迷人。”来自英国的游客吉尔利先生(Mr.Gilluley)则从专业消费的角度给出了极高评价:“这是质量非常好的产品,在国际市场上,优质的产品总是很畅销。希望云南咖啡能做更多的国际推广。”

本次玉龙雪山咖啡周不仅有杯中的现代拉花艺术,更是其与丽江传统非遗的深度跨界。活动现场,主办方匠心独运地将现代咖啡空间搬进了底蕴深厚的“和美集”非遗市集。当拥有数百年历史的三川土陶、千锤百炼的手工铜器、极具纳西族镇宅色彩的泥塑瓦猫,与现代手冲咖啡摆在同一个展台,一种奇妙的文化化学反应应运而生。许多外国游客在喝咖啡的同时,被现场的东巴字画和扎染技艺深深吸引。德国游客弗兰克·蒂彻(Frank Tietsche)举起咖啡杯,一边面向玉龙雪山致敬,一边对记者说:“云南的确是很美丽的地方,‘一杯咖啡看雪山’的体验在全世界都是独一无二的。”
