On August 15th to 16th, the "Ning'er Industrial Development Leader Capability Enhancement Training" jointly organized by China Rural Development Foundation and China Baowu was held in Ning'er Hani and Yi Autonomous County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. Industry leaders from all over the county gathered together to deepen their understanding of coffee industry development strategies, market operation skills, and rural revitalization practices through a systematic learning process of "theoretical lectures+case sharing+interactive practice". This will inject new momentum into improving the quality and efficiency of characteristic agriculture in the Ning'er Plateau and promoting rural revitalization.
As a key area of plateau characteristic agriculture, Ning'er Hani and Yi Autonomous County's coffee industry is an important pillar for local farmers to increase income and promote rural development. However, with the intensification of market competition, some industry leaders are facing challenges such as "heavy planting and light management", "insufficient extension of the industrial chain", and "weak brand premium ability". This training focuses on the "quality+brand+full industry chain" industrial revitalization model, aiming to promote the transformation of leaders from "good planting" to "good sales" and "long chain" through ability enhancement training, and help promote the high-quality development of Ning'er coffee industry.
In response to the core needs of the development of the Ning'er coffee industry, the training invites industry experts to give lectures and help students solve the problem of industrial upgrading. Dan Zhiguo, Vice Dean of the Tea and Coffee College at Pu'er University, gave a comprehensive analysis of the integration path between high-altitude characteristic agriculture and rural revitalization under the theme of "High quality Industrial Development, Supporting Rural Revitalization in Ning'er". From policy guidance to practical implementation, he outlined a clear blueprint for industrial upgrading for the students; Liu Fuhua, Dean of the School of Economics at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, analyzed the current situation and future trends of agricultural industry development, combined with typical cases from both inside and outside the province, to break down the core logic of agricultural modernization and help students accurately grasp market trends and development opportunities.
In response to the common pain point of "difficulty in exporting agricultural products", the course specially sets up a special topic on rural e-commerce construction and management, providing a full chain practical guide from platform construction, traffic operation to order fulfillment; At the same time, focusing on the analysis of the current situation and future prospects of the domestic and international coffee industry, we will provide a detailed explanation of the key breakthrough points for standardizing coffee planting, refining processing, and high-end branding, in order to find a differentiated development direction for Ning'er Coffee.
In the past, I only knew how to grow coffee, but today I understand the importance of 'industry chain thinking'. During the training feedback, Zhu Zhiping, a student from Ning'er County, admitted that the experts' dismantling of e-commerce channels gave him a sudden enlightenment. From rural sports events driving the sales of agricultural products to industrial IP building promoting the rise of regional brands, vivid cases allow students to intuitively experience the practical value of "resource integration" and "innovative operation".
This' Wealth Leaders Training 'is not only an important measure of China's designated assistance to Ning'er County in Baowu, but also a knowledge transfer.
