第二届海峡两岸咖啡文化交流活动在保山举行The Second Cross Strait Coffee Culture Exchange Event was held in Baoshan
6月10日，以“云上咖啡·香飘两岸”为主题的第二届海峡两岸咖啡文化交流活动在保山开幕。首款两岸联名挂耳咖啡“山海咖语”正式发布。
来自海峡两岸的咖啡业界代表、相关部门负责人及世界咖啡赛事冠军等百余人齐聚保山，共话咖啡产业合作。在与会嘉宾的共同见证下，现场举行了咖啡产业合作项目签约仪式。由保山中咖食品有限公司与台湾咖啡从业者联合研发的“山海咖语”挂耳咖啡正式发布。该产品以云南保山高黎贡山小粒咖啡和台湾阿里山咖啡为原料，由2024年世界咖啡烘焙大赛冠军刘太阳、2022年世界咖啡冲煮大赛冠军徐诗媛两位世界冠军带领团队精心拼配打磨。
台湾嘉宾游启明在现场接受采访时表示，这是自己第三次来到保山，每次来都能感受到产业在种植模式、品种增加和田间管理上的明显进步。他说：“今天第一次喝到‘山海咖语’，非常惊艳——保山咖啡的坚果底蕴与台湾咖啡的果酸香回甘完美融合。相信通过两岸的互相合作、互相砥砺，一定能形成新的力量与格局。”
保山中咖食品有限公司董事长杨竹表示：“‘山海咖语’是云台合作的具体成果。保山有优质原料，台湾咖啡产业有成熟经验，两者形成了很好的互补。我们将台湾的技术和理念落地到保山咖啡产业中，共同推动产品研发和工艺标准打磨，助力保山咖啡精品化升级。”
本次活动由云南海外联谊会、云南省委台办主办，活动为期5天。其间，还将举办两岸咖啡行业专家主旨分享和产业对接会、“云台咖啡纪念林”种植活动、咖啡园种植基地实地考察等系列活动。

On June 10th, the second Cross Strait Coffee Cultural Exchange Event with the theme of "Cloud Coffee · Fragrance Drifting Across the Taiwan Strait" opened in Baoshan. The first cross-strait joint hanging ear coffee "Shanhai Coffee Language" has been officially released.
More than a hundred representatives from the coffee industry, relevant department heads, and world coffee tournament champions from both sides of the Taiwan Strait gathered in Baoshan to discuss coffee industry cooperation. Under the joint witness of the attending guests, a coffee industry cooperation project signing ceremony was held on site. The "Shanhaika Language" hanging ear coffee jointly developed by Baoshan Zhongka Food Co., Ltd. and Taiwanese coffee practitioners has been officially released. This product is made from Yunnan Baoshan Gaoligongshan small grain coffee and Taiwan Alishan coffee, and is carefully blended and polished by a team led by two world champions, Liu Taiyang, winner of the 2024 World Coffee Baking Competition, and Xu Shiyuan, winner of the 2022 World Coffee Brewing Competition.
Taiwanese guest You Qiming said in an interview on site that this is his third time visiting Baoshan, and every time he comes, he can feel the obvious progress of the industry in planting mode, variety increase, and field management. He said, "Today was the first time I tasted 'Mountain and Sea Coffee Language', and I was very amazed - the nutty heritage of Baoshan coffee perfectly blends with the fruity and sweet aroma of Taiwanese coffee. I believe that through mutual cooperation and refinement between the two sides, new strength and pattern can be formed
Yang Zhu, Chairman of Baoshan Zhongka Food Co., Ltd., said, "The 'Shanhai Coffee Language' is a concrete result of cooperation with Yuntai. Baoshan has high-quality raw materials, and Taiwan's coffee industry has mature experience, forming a good complementarity between the two. We will apply Taiwan's technology and concepts to the Baoshan coffee industry, jointly promote product research and development and refine process standards, and help Baoshan coffee upgrade to high-quality products
This event is hosted by Yunnan Overseas Friendship Association and Yunnan Provincial Committee Taiwan Affairs Office, and will last for 5 days. During this period, a series of activities will also be held, including keynote speeches and industry docking meetings by experts in the coffee industry from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, planting activities of the "Yuntai Coffee Memorial Forest", and on-site inspections of coffee plantation planting bases.
