央广网昆明6月14日消息（记者 魏文青 赵贝贝）一杯来自孟连的精品咖啡、一朵突破国外技术垄断的云南百合、一尾游弋在高原冷泉中的三文鱼、一朵走向国际市场的云南野生菌……在第10届中国—南亚博览会暨第30届中国昆明进出口商品交易会上，一幅云南高原特色农业高质量发展的新图景正徐徐展开。
本届南博会12号现代农业馆以“绿色农业，世界共享”为主题，汇聚269家优质参展主体，覆盖粮、茶、花、果、菜、药、畜牧、渔业等多个产业；13号咖啡产业馆则集结8个国家及国内15个省（区、市）160余家企业参展，共同展示云南农业开放发展的蓬勃活力。

一杯咖啡里的开放故事
走进咖啡产业馆，浓郁的咖啡香气扑面而来。作为中国咖啡核心产区，云南咖啡成为展馆最受关注的主角之一。这里集结云南七大核心咖啡产区的精品咖啡豆，完整呈现从种植、加工到成品的咖啡全产业链发展全貌。市民游客可一站式品鉴各式精品原豆咖啡与创意特调咖啡，沉浸式解锁云南小粒咖啡独有的醇厚风味与百变口感，是咖啡爱好者不可错过的专属展区。
来自普洱市孟连傣族拉祜族佤族自治县的展区格外亮眼，是芒芒村数字游民社区的设计师深入了解孟连后设计，展区以“咖啡森林”为主题，将生态种植理念融入展陈设计。呈现咖啡与森林立体共生、多民族互帮互助，以及从种子到土壤的永续闭环。

“我们这次带来了孟连8家精品咖啡庄园，以及今年新产季的精品咖啡豆，包括瑰夏、帕卡马拉、萨奇姆等品种。”孟连县茶叶和特色生物产业发展中心主任李梅英介绍。在她看来，南博会是云南面向南亚东南亚的重要开放窗口。“我们希望把孟连最好的产品展示出来，让更多人认识孟连咖啡、了解孟连咖啡。”
据悉，坐落于七彩云南的西南端的孟连，青山叠翠、碧水长流、咖啡飘香，享有“中国牛油果之乡”与“中国精品咖啡第一县”的双重美誉。作为云南精品咖啡核心产区之一，孟连近年来持续推进精品化发展，不仅带来了精品咖啡产品，还展示了牛油果饼干、牛油果鲜花饼等特色产品，展现“咖啡+特色农业”的融合发展成果。

本届咖啡产业馆以“十载南博铸品牌，一杯咖啡连世界”为主题，全面展示从种植、加工到消费的产业链条。云南保山、普洱、德宏、临沧、西双版纳等主要产区集中亮相，同时吸引来自肯尼亚、埃塞俄比亚、乌干达等多个国家的企业参展，共同构建国际化咖啡交流平台。
科技赋能农业新质生产力
走进12号现代农业馆，馥郁花香扑面而来。一座由5万朵云南鲜切花组成的巨型百合花艺术装置格外引人注目。“百合寓意和和美美，也代表着云南花卉产业不断向高端化发展的成果。”云南省农业发展集团经营管理部李晨韵介绍，今年集团以“与自然共创造”为主题参展，集中展示“胶、粮、糖、茶、咖、花”六大产业成果。

展台上，一颗颗百合种球吸引不少采购商驻足。过去长期依赖进口的百合种球，如今已实现关键技术突破。李晨韵介绍，集团通过自主研发，逐步突破国外技术垄断，实现百合种球国产化繁育。
除了花卉产业，一系列农业科技成果同样引人关注：应用于航空轮胎领域的高性能烟片胶、利用甘蔗渣和秸秆制成的全生物可降解地膜、通过数字化系统实时监测的试验田数据平台……这些成果成为云南农业向科技化、绿色化转型的生动注脚。

据了解，12号现代农业馆集中展示云南“1+10+3+N”重点特色产业发展成果。展馆内好物云集，近百个优质绿色云品集中亮相，品类丰富、琳琅满目。从优质粮油、高山好茶、时令果蔬、珍稀野生菌，到道地中药材、生态畜牧乳业、天然橡胶等特色产品一应俱全，全方位展现了云南得天独厚的农业资源优势与绿色农业发展活力。不止有山野优品，展馆更尽显智慧农业新风采生动诠释了云南传统农业向现代化、智能化、科技化农业转型升级的全新面貌。
“希望通过南博会，让更多人了解云南高原特色农业，了解云南农业从种植端到产业端的发展成果。”李晨韵说。
高原也能“游”出三文鱼
今年南博会现代农业馆还有一个首次亮相的新面孔——“云渔水产”展区。作为现代农业馆首次设立的专业渔业展区，“云渔水产”集中展示鲟鱼鱼子酱、高原三文鱼、虾青素、土著鱼等特色产品，成为不少观众打卡体验的热门区域。其中鱼子酱品质达到国际高端标准，远销欧美市场，是云南冷水鱼高端化、国际化的标杆。

“很多人都不知道，云南高原也能养出优质三文鱼。”云南滨鲲中智农业科技开发有限责任公司董事长彭文涛说。依托高海拔冷泉资源，云南已成为我国重要的冷水鱼养殖基地。彭文涛介绍，三文鱼属于典型冷水性鱼类，对水质和水温要求较高，而云南丰富的冷泉资源为产业发展提供了天然优势。
数据显示，目前云南三文鱼鱼种供应量已占全国约30%。随着消费升级，人们对优质动物蛋白需求持续增长，高原冷水鱼产业正成为云南高原特色农业新的增长点。
“希望通过南博会，让更多人知道高原也能游出三文鱼，让云南冷水鱼走向更广阔的市场。”彭文涛说。
一朵野生菌连接国际市场
除了咖啡、鲜花和渔业，云南另一张特色农业名片——野生菌产业也在本届南博会上备受关注。作为“世界野生菌王国”，云南拥有全国最丰富的野生食用菌资源。近年来，随着消费升级和产业链不断完善，野生菌正从季节性农产品向标准化、品牌化产业加速转型。本届南博会上，正在建设中的菌灵国际野生菌交易中心首次亮相，成为备受关注的新项目之一。
“我们希望打造的不仅是一个交易市场，而是一个集交易、展示、文创、直播、电商、标准制定于一体的产业综合体。”菌灵国际野生菌交易中心负责人包甜介绍，该项目计划于今年7月试营业，以野生菌产业为核心，构建覆盖鲜货交易、产品展示、品牌运营、电商直播和供应链服务的全产业链平台。“我们希望来到云南的游客、采购商和国际客商，能够在这里一站式了解云南特色产业、采购云南优质产品，实现‘带走云南’。”包甜说。
她希望借助南博会这一开放平台，进一步拓展海外市场资源，加强与南亚东南亚国家在农产品贸易、冷链物流和精深加工领域的合作，让更多“云菌”走上世界餐桌。

The exhibition area from Menglian Dai, Lahu, and Va Autonomous County in Pu'er City is particularly eye-catching. It was designed by the designer of the Mangmang Village Digital Nomad Community after a deep understanding of Menglian. The exhibition area is themed around "Coffee Forest" and incorporates ecological planting concepts into the exhibition design. Many people don't know that high-quality salmon can also be raised on the Yunnan Plateau, "said Peng Wentao, Chairman of Yunnan Binkun Zhongzhi Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. Relying on high-altitude cold spring resources, Yunnan has become an important cold water fish farming base in China. Peng Wentao introduced that salmon is a typical cold water fish with high requirements for water quality and temperature, and Yunnan's abundant cold spring resources provide natural advantages for industrial development.
Data shows that the current supply of salmon species in Yunnan accounts for about 30% of the national total. With the upgrading of consumption, people's demand for high-quality animal protein continues to grow, and the high-altitude cold water fish industry is becoming a new growth point for Yunnan's high-altitude characteristic agriculture.

In recent years, with the upgrading of consumption and the continuous improvement of the industrial chain, wild mushrooms are accelerating their transformation from seasonal agricultural products to standardized and branded industries. At this year's South China International Fair, the under construction Fungi International Wild Fungi Trading Center made its debut and became one of the highly anticipated new projects.
