一杯咖啡里的“奇思妙想”!全省村咖高手同台“比武”A 'whimsical idea' in a cup of coffee! Village experts from all over the province compete on the same stage

6月12日至14日,浙江省第二届“村咖大师”技能比武在青田火热开赛。
本届赛事以“匠心筑咖·侨韵青田”为主题,30余位全省优秀的乡村咖啡从业者进行技能展示与交流,在技艺切磋中提升专业水平,共同推动乡村咖啡产业提质升级。

本次比武由浙江省农业农村厅、浙江省人力社保厅、浙江省总工会、浙江省直机关工委、共青团浙江省委、浙江省妇联联合主办。比武为个人赛,全面考察选手的创意设计能力与基本功,包含“创意咖啡展演”和“美式咖啡制作”两大模块。选手需在比赛中展示创意设计能力与扎实的基本功,鼓励结合当地食材、贴近乡村审美进行创作。

比赛现场,选手们依次上场,有条不紊完成磨粉、布粉、压粉、萃取、打奶、拉花、清洁操作台等全套流程,每一个动作都专业规范,每一杯作品都凝聚着日常训练的功底与匠心创意。
来自青田的选手陈郑晔带来了自己的作品《梅好时光》,她特意选用当日现采的新鲜杨梅作为核心原料,将饱满多汁的鲜果融入咖啡的创作中。“眼下正是青田杨梅丰收季,我毫不犹豫地选择用我们自家种的杨梅,精心打造一杯专属青田风味的特调咖啡,希望通过这杯饮品,把这份独属家乡的美好滋味分享给更多的朋友。”

胡甜是00后宁波选手,作为一名不折不扣的咖啡爱好者,接触咖啡、钻研饮品制作早已成为她生活里的热爱。这次参赛,她带来了充满家乡特色的作品——象山茅洋荷花主题美式。“我的咖啡店门口就有一大片荷花池,一到夏天满池花开,景色特别美。希望这杯带着荷香的咖啡,能让大家感受到乡村独有的惬意与美好。”胡甜说。

经过激烈角逐,最终,来自杭州的选手徐忻泽夺得大赛第一名。“赛场上,每位对手都实力不凡,正如各家村咖各有风味、各有特色。很珍惜这样交流竞技的机会,我会沉淀自我、继续精进,也希望村咖文化在乡土大地上绽放更多光彩。”徐忻泽表示。

本次赛事将青田深厚的咖啡文化与乡村生态优势深度融合,赛场还同步举办“青田村咖市集”,设置约50个展位,邀请优秀乡村咖啡品牌、特色农产品企业、文创团队等设摊展销,同时还有青田咖啡文化展示区、青年人才招募专区等特色场景,不仅呈现了一场咖啡技艺的精彩对决,更展现了“侨乡风情”与“乡村共富”融合发展的生动实践。

近年来,青田持续深耕咖啡产业,不断完善产业生态、强化品牌建设、培育专业人才。咖啡从侨乡人民的日常饮品,逐步升级为拉动消费、赋能文旅、带动共富的核心产业IP。目前,全县登记在册的咖啡馆达721家,日均咖啡消费量突破2万杯,年咖啡产值突破2亿元。
青田县西餐产业发展中心副主任陈俊一表示,接下来,青田将以此次赛事为契机,依托“青田西餐大师”“青田咖啡”品牌,持续培养咖啡专业人才,深化产教融合,为行业人才搭建交流平台。同时坚持政策引领、市场运作、资源整合的发展路径,持续扩大“青田咖啡”加盟规模,吸引更多咖啡相关企业入驻青田,构建起全产业链发展格局,将青田咖啡的文化和品牌推向全国乃至全世界。

From June 12th to 14th, the second "Village Master" skill competition in Zhejiang Province kicked off in Qingtian.
The theme of this competition is "Craftsmanship Building Coffee · Qiaoyun Qingtian". More than 30 outstanding rural coffee practitioners from the province will showcase and exchange their skills, improve their professional level through technical exchanges, and jointly promote the upgrading of the rural coffee industry.
This competition is jointly organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the Zhejiang Women's Federation. The competition is an individual competition that comprehensively tests the contestants' creative design ability and basic skills, including two modules: "Creative Coffee Exhibition" and "American Coffee Making". Contestants are required to demonstrate their creative design abilities and solid basic skills in the competition, and are encouraged to combine local ingredients and approach rural aesthetics in their creations.
At the competition venue, the contestants took the stage one by one, completing the entire process of grinding, spreading, pressing, extracting, milking, latte art, cleaning the operating table, etc. in an orderly manner. Every movement was professional and standardized, and every cup of work embodies the foundation and creativity of daily training.
Chen Zhengye, a contestant from Qingtian, brought her work "Good Time with Plum Blossoms". She specifically selected fresh bayberries harvested on the same day as the core ingredient and incorporated the plump and juicy fresh fruits into her coffee creations. It is currently the harvest season of Qingtian Yangmei, and I have no hesitation in choosing to use our own grown Yangmei to carefully create a cup of special coffee with a unique Qingtian flavor. I hope to share this beautiful taste of my hometown with more friends through this drink
Hu Tian is a post-2000 contestant from Ningbo. As a true coffee enthusiast, being exposed to coffee and researching beverage making has become her passion in life. In this competition, she brought a work full of hometown characteristics - the Xiangshan Maoyang Lotus themed American style. There is a large lotus pond right in front of my coffee shop. In summer, the pond is full of flowers and the scenery is particularly beautiful. I hope this cup of coffee with lotus fragrance can make everyone feel the unique comfort and beauty of the countryside, "said Hu Tian.
After intense competition, Xu Xinze, a contestant from Hangzhou, ultimately won first place in the competition. On the field, every opponent has extraordinary strength, just like every village caf é has its own flavor and characteristics. I cherish this opportunity to exchange and compete, and I will settle myself and continue to improve. I also hope that the village caf é culture will shine more brightly on the local land, "said Xu Xinze.
This competition deeply integrates the profound coffee culture of Qingtian with the advantages of rural ecology. The venue also holds the "Qingtian Village Coffee Market" simultaneously, with about 50 booths set up, inviting outstanding rural coffee brands, characteristic agricultural product enterprises, cultural and creative teams, etc. to set up stalls for exhibition and sales. At the same time, there are also special scenes such as Qingtian Coffee Culture Exhibition Area and Youth Talent Recruitment Zone, which not only presents a wonderful competition of coffee skills, but also vividly demonstrates the integration and development of "overseas Chinese style" and "rural prosperity".
In recent years, Qingtian has been continuously cultivating the coffee industry, improving the industry ecology, strengthening brand building, and cultivating professional talents. Coffee has gradually evolved from a daily beverage for people in overseas Chinese hometowns to a core industry IP that drives consumption, empowers cultural tourism, and promotes common prosperity. Currently, there are 721 registered coffee shops in the county, with an average daily coffee consumption of over 20000 cups and an annual coffee output value exceeding 200 million yuan.
Chen Junyi, Deputy Director of Qingtian County Western Food Industry Development Center, stated that Qingtian will take this event as an opportunity to rely on the "Qingtian Western Food Master" and "Qingtian Coffee" brands, continuously cultivate coffee professionals, deepen the integration of industry and education, and build a platform for industry talent exchange. At the same time, we will adhere to the development path of policy guidance, market operation, and resource integration, continuously expand the franchise scale of "Qingtian Coffee", attract more coffee related enterprises to settle in Qingtian, build a full industry chain development pattern, and promote the culture and brand of Qingtian Coffee to the whole country and even the world.
